  1. I'm using the latest version on the bottom of the page. Which version are you using? Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  2. That should work on the ground (and only ground), try RAlt + \ instead. Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  3. In the forum for that other WWII sim you can find rebuild FFB2s with timing belt solution, that supposedly greatly removes that deadzones. I assume you mean the tiny sloppiness in the middle. [emoji4] Cheers! Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  4. I tested on another computer. No issues. So I finally took the plunge and completely reinstalled my gaming rig, which had been so unfortunate to have been upgraded (which I normally don't do, but with this one I had been lazy), through 8 8.1 to the latest iteration of 10. Problem gone. Probably not what you wanted to hear. So, yes I solved it, but I don't really know what was wrong in the first place. Might have been some sort of conflict/driver as my stick showed as a "4 button", but now it's correctly discovered as an MS SW FFB2. [emoji2373] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk Did you download it from Github? https://github.com/joeyjojojunior/simFFB Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  5. Ah, seems I misread. For know you'd want the fastest you can get. Don't think 2.4 will really cut it as of now. Haven't tested running DCS on any of my servers (all Xeons) yet, as they're all in storage. Now, this might change when multithreading is implemented. You'd also want more RAM than 16GB I suppose. 6. I second that idea. Lock thread with link in a last post to new thread. [emoji4] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  7. No need for GPU for the server and DCS is currently single core. We're eagerly waiting for multi threading, so it might do you some good in the future. [emoji4] Cheers! Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  8. Hehe That I can understand! [emoji1] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  9. Oh, did you misunderstand me? He "recently" posted, is what I meant, so you should be able to get hold of him. [emoji4][emoji1695] Cheers! EDIT: Just read your other post. Best of luck! [emoji4] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  10. Thank you. That's what I thought. I disagree with you, but that's fair. [emoji4] I agree with @DD_Fenrir 's post above. Cheers! Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  11. No it wasn't. It was a rhetorical question as I of course knew the answer. Where the hell were you during the grief of delays? [emoji1] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  12. What do you mean? That the already FFB effects are not good enough as they are? I haven't really tested yet, but at least in the Mustang the stick is totally limp until you get airflow over the surfaces. Same in the C-101. C-101 will not have stall shaker, as it has it in the pedals and the stick will not move when trimming as that is not it is IRL. The F-5 on the other hand will. [emoji4] I have the MS FFB2 and its super precise, it's just not "strong" enough in the center. But that's a decign flaw. [emoji2373] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  13. I have no idea how it's supposed to be IRL. But I'm trying to find a YT I saw which they they showed when the operator aimed at something, and it seemed very stable. And it didn't drift like it does now. (I can't believe that it's real that we have to sort of counter act the movement like we're weightless in space or something). But who knows if what I saw was newer tech. The video was showing off the Hind with shortclips and music and you guys might have seen it too. I know it's a work in progress, and I just want it to be "real" for better or for worse. [emoji4] Cheers! Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  14. Probably misunderstood you. If you're using the latest RC1, the change log says it's removed, haven't tried that version yet. In older versions you'll at least find it as a button on the stick. Hope this helps. Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  15. PM or email. Info is in top of his thread. I believe he posted not so long ago about his current stock. [emoji4] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  16. Nose Wheel Steering. Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  17. I use rel4y's Cougar TQS upgrade. Easy to install and set up. No issues ever. As smooth as it can get. He's even making a force sensor upgrade for the stick. Perfect match! [emoji1] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  18. You're welcome! Tip, when you now get hooked into DCS. Every module have a set of training missions. [emoji4] Cheers! Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  19. He was asking how to do it in VoiceAttack. [emoji4] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  20. Okay, might have missed that part. [emoji4] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  21. SC was released May last year, wasn't it? It was "long" after Covid was a thing anyway, so stop spreading lies about "almost two years". None of you have been in lock down for two years. [emoji2361] Cheers! Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  22. @StevanJ Have you ever considered that 80 percent are SP players and that maybe all of them (at least if you're into WWII) have purchased the asset pack? I just checked the DLC campaigns. Only ONE of them doesn't require the asset pack. Even Reflected's F-86 campaign require it. I do understand you want more players to the DCS WWII MP scene, and that you are very frustrated because it doesn't happen. And you maybe right that it should be free. I can even agree to that it would be a great idea to bake in the asset cost into maps and modules. But right now I feel you're flogging a dead horse, and your stance is well known to us all. Best of luck! Cheers! Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  23. Do you mean that VoiceAttack crashes? If yes, try the VAICOM tray app. It will restart VoiceAttack. You find the exe in VoiceAttack Apps VAICOM folder. [emoji4] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  24. Awesome as always! [emoji4][emoji1303] Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
  25. In all fairness Nealius didn't say that in the first place which you accused him of, no wonder why he reacted that way. And now you just proved his other points. [emoji4] Cheers! Sent from my MAR-LX1A using Tapatalk
