  1. AH-64 on pre order. Listen, there is no way I'm going t EDIT 5mins later.... Yep, order is done.
  2. Great news for me, uninstall/reinstall game has fixed my issue. NS 430 is now back in my game. Sad news for jonsky7, its working well in the Su-27T
  3. "be sure the mod is JSGME/OvGME" yes, will do that. Both mod managers seem almost the same. I have gotten used to JSGME so I will just stick with it. Checking the folder path/structure appears to be important. I have been sidetracked with another issue just for now, coming back to this shader thing shortly (I hope)
  4. Thanks for that. However not showing at all let alone activated. At this point in time I must admit to something rather drastic, I 'm in the process of an unin/reinstall of the entire game. About 30mins to go. Very early morning here and not sure if I should mess with it at this hour. I will post as soon as I have a result. Ok, uninstall of game followed by reinstall has resulted with the return of NS 430 unit. I really must hit the hammock, I'm done for the day. (yesterday) Just had to tell of the result. All fixed, back to how it should be. Absolutely no idea how it disappeared, why it went?? But it went, and is now back. Thanks to all. .
  5. Thank you Morpheus although I use JSGME I hope that will work also. Hey thanks for helping with that other thing.
  6. although not to be found in the game itself, there are references to it in the root folder.
  7. Thanks Morpheus That just happened to be where the mouse scroll stopped. If I remember right it should be just under M and before P
  8. Thank you Taderaz however "Any and all reference to NS430 has disappeared entirely from my system. No sign in game at all."
  9. Any and all reference to NS430 has disappeared entirely from my system. No sign in game at all. going to make coffee and do a game "Repair" I will come back and tell you what happens. Have performed a "game repair" Nope, any and all reference to NS430 has gone. Updater number 2.12.0.97 Game number 2.7.6.13436 OB NS430 ? like it never existed. I didn't remove it. If no one else has had this happen I will forward a bug thing maybe. Or at least ask ED if they changed the rules.
  10. jonski7, check in your module manager. I just looked in there, also in settings, specials?? Any and all reference to NS430 has disappeared entirely from my system. No sign in game at all. going to make coffee and do a game "Repair" I will come back and tell you what happens. Have performed a "game repair" Nope, any and all reference to NS430 has gone. 11. I'm just getting myself a tad misunderconstumbulated here. am I downloading and installing this mod or mustangs mod or both or one before the other?

  13. Yeah, there is no cure for that. It's stuck forever. Could be worse, may have turned out to be someone else's testicles. With just the trackir window open. I arrange the trackir window so it's center point lines up with center of monitor. In the bottom right corner of trackir window, have you tried the "Center" control with mouse button. I have mine set to something different so check yours. I made mine as such to not interfere with numpad bindings. (The in game control is numpad 5 to center) I use an extra app called voiceattack, In game I simply say "center" and it, well center's.
  14. Genius, absolute genius. Allows fine tuning of the pitch, a little touch up on the rudder control and you can fly to your hearts content. Still gotta keep an eye on that aileron thing, that's maybe the prop torque doing that. Genius. Just try it. I did, and what a difference. Do you recall the difference the mod for slew control made to your HOTAS? This is up there with that. Genius, although I'm not sure a human worked this out. This is some alien space technology here, this is magic, witchcraft. How do people work these things out? Bloody genius. jonsky7 good on ya. Genius. try it, go on.
  15. Flew a bit of Su-25 this afternoon with no issue on landing, deployment of parachute activation worked as intended. Opened Su-25T short time ago, again parachute worked as intended. On these occasions I was landing within recommended speed limits. I would go with ironhands post and try with a slower speed. Or open a takeoff mission and push "p" see if it poops out the back.
  16. nothing wrong with the product. that image looks odd? It's longer than that. hang on, I will go and measure it. 400mm (L) x 270 mm x (W) 200mm (H) it weighs in at about 7kg
  17. Check your desk size, the HC throttle quadrant takes up a LOT of space. I'm trying to sell one, as it just took up too much space.
  18. dresoccer4 For take-off I gave it not full throttle, not totally maxed out. Once airborne I left the throttles alone and controlled rpm's with that prop pitch thing. Not feathering the props, it's the grey levers on the throttle quadrant. If the throttles are pulled back, it sets off the alarm. If the prop rpm's are adjusted the alarm doesn't kick off. Cut the plane a bit of slack, it was made in England. Aileron trim, yep me too. Maybe the huge fans on the wings turning the same way. Artificial horizon, yep, me too. Scratched me head over that one. Wait till you try the pitch trim? Sky dirt sky dirt sky dirt. I'm going to try some adjusting on that. Tally ho
  19. I don’t know that you would have to do lots of research to work out why it’s a bad idea to turn lights on at night in a theatre of war. Conditions were imposed upon the population of england (and elsewhere) not to use household lights without "blackout curtains" being drawn first. Streets were patrolled at night by wardens, sometimes heard calling to a house “Put that light out” Firefighters in london worked really hard to put fires out before nightfall so as not show enemy bombers where to aim the next time they flew over. Runway lights turned on for even short periods could have bought down all kinds of unwanted mayhem. For all belligerents. You could rig a radio item in your ME editor to do just as you are looking for. However, for the sake of simulating WW2 conditions, the runway lights are a no. A “Put that light out” no. So, the answer to your question is yes. You can. I just don't know that you will find that luxury on any of the server's.
  20. the aircraft was made in england, so it may be in relation to tea and sandwich times. edit; I would go with the answer given by Diesel_Thunder
  21. It will do well for other aircraft also. I cannot recommended enough that slew control fix. It makes the throttle quadrant complete. Take a look at some of the other aircraft tutorials on youtube, you will see them open settings and show you what you may need to map. Some of the vids by Matt Wagner, he does it. Do NOT hesitate to ask for help on these forum pages. Lots of folk will help. Ha ha, some will get in the way but, most by far are happy to help you.
