On this mission F-15s have AIM-9P5s instead of 9Ms, hopefully not on purpose. Also F-15s spawn 10 miles from each other while on mission editor the distance is ~21 miles.

It's missing the launcher though. Or is it possible to carry them without one?

Normally you need to add everything after the "=" between the youtube tags, but for some reason your video's link has this weird "feature" thing (idk what that is). So take everything between "=" and "&" ("qjKHC3Crem8") and add that between youtube tags and then it seems to work. -

We have noticed this too. I think restarting the server usually fixes it, but reloading the mission doesn't work.

I had a bad feeling that 104th's SARH septemper has something to do with SATAC, but i didn't want to believe it. :P Should be interesting, hopefully we'll have enough pilots to participate.

I'm not expert neither but my understanding is that it creates less lag than in game fog of war.

Thanks to IronMike and 104th doing this and Moltar and Yoda doing the "boring jobs" on blue side. :thumbup: I agree wit Moltar that GCI is a must on event like this, actually one GCI for each 4 ship a2a flight would be ideal but i guess that is only possible for squadrons who can bring their own GCI. How about using LotATC for GCI? No more all seeing eye view and much more realistic and immersive than F10 map anyway. Yes it has it's own problems and you need to buy it but still a lot better than what we have now IMO.

We (SF) most likely won't have 4 pilots this time so probably there is going to be open slots for pilots on the reserve list, will know for sure tomorrow.

If you tell RWR to show signal from APG-73 as Mig-29 then it's going to show all friendly hornets as Mig-29s too. I guess in DCS you could cheat around that based on coalitions, but IRL you would need to modify aggressor hornet radar so RWR can tell the difference, maybe they have done that idk.

First i just want to say if you want to be really effective with the Dora 600m is just waaayyy too far away, you want to fire less than 200m away against fighters. 600m is maybe ok against bombers, haven't tested yet. I use mostly first method and fixed sight but sometimes i use preset range method (except i set the range to ~ 200m instead of 600m) and they all work. However preset range method is only usefull if you are attacking unaware target from behind while constantly adjusting the range is more usefull in combat too IMO. Guns on the Dora are relatively close to each other so convergence is not a big deal unlike in Spitfire or Mustang where all guns are on wings and quite far away from each other. With Dora (and 109 or any other plane with nose or close to nose mounted guns) any range from point blank to ~600m will put a most of the rounds on target if your aim is good so no need to worry about being on convergence range, at least i never do.

Why is that on some servers the skin feature is disabled?

On 104th case reason could be that if you use custom skin on red F-15 (i guess it's same thing with other planes too) then everyone who don't have that skin installed will see you with default USAF skin instead of the Israeli one which is a big problem for visual IFF. -

We already have some nice flak puffs, usually they just explode way behind or above you so you don't see them unless you look for them. You can even see the shells flying once they are close enough. (say hello to 40mm Bofors round :D) -

I would rather not have the flak script at all. I don't know how that works but for me it seems that it just randomly generates explosions around the airplane without any logic or even somewhat realistic behauvior. Besides those explosions look more like SAMs than flak IMO.
