  1. Not sure if said already, but I think if you own one variant, then you get a discount on other variants. This concept seems to be the precedent set by A-10C and A-10C II. I happily own both, but I am happy that the II was cheap for me. Discount doesn't need to be that steep for a whole different variant, but somewhere around 50% off for those who own a variant already.
  2. Another installment of my First Outing videos, and wow was this one cool! Big shoutout and thanks to Vietkong and all the guys at the Korea 1952 server! This was a blast!

  4. Been a while since I posted on this thread, but I have gone and made a couple more videos to add here! This was my buddy and I first time out in the Tomcat together, and even though it was just an AI, this was a very exciting engagement. This one I was on Storm of War with some buddies attacking B-17s.
  5. The boys and I were on Storm of War a couple weeks ago, and I knocked together this video of us attacking the egressing bomber formation.
  6. Thanks, Toriy! That clears it up for me quite a bit.
  7. I was much more concerned with vertical convergence. Yes the guns are close together, but where the round cross the gunsight line vertically is equally if not more important. Does anyone want to take a crack at translating the above documents?
  8. I really used to complain about the convergences in these birds, but quite honestly I have gotten used to it. There has been many threads on here arguing about it, and I posted in those as well. I believe you can change the convergence in the .lua files if you really feel the need, but unsure if this breaks your game for multiplayer. The gun pattern for the 51 is maybe not pinpoint effectiveness, but it does llow to get rounds on target rather easily at most ranges. After flying jets with massive vertical convergences it seems pretty much a non-issue for me personally, and I was pr
  9. Oh awesome! Just now saw this! That is sweet, thank you! Cheers!
  10. Me and my buddy Gnomus in the Cat on 4ya. This was only against an AI 18, but my hands were shaking. This was my first time in the front seat on a multiplayer server, so pretty damn cool.
  11. Ha I was first to post two years ago, and I am still here hoping to play this. I love the Tiger, best looking bird out there in my opinion.
  12. Does anyone know how the convergence on the MiG-15 bis was set up at the factory, and whether or not the DCS bird follows suit. Also, was wanting to know if anyone had any information on the ballistics of the different cannon shells.
  13. I'm confused, if this doesn't work for the f10 map, how are you guys doing this? On the knee board or something?
  14. I think the MiG-21 and the F-5 are an awesome matchup! So is the 15 and the 86 though too! Anything more modern than that starts to get a bit out of my comfort zone.
