Amazing! I thought we might never see a good OH-6 in DCS. After watching progress on this mod for a while now, I finally logged in to say that I’m fully stoked and ready for this. My dad used to work on these in Vietnam and I fly the Cowansim 500e in MSFS more than anything else; mostly dropping smoke in areas nothing else can reach. I’ve been patiently waiting for a good version of this in DCS more than any other module (except maybe the F-117). Also, please recommend the best scenery/mission mods, since detailed LZ environment is going to be critical for this bird. I may try my hand at creating some since I have prior scenery experience. Keep up the good work!

Whenever I playback a track in VR, there is an overlay in the lower left hand of the cockpit showing flight envelope information (heading, speed, altitude) information. I cannot get it to go away. I have searched all the input command options, but nothing works. It totally breaks the immersion. Can someone please tell me how to turn off this overlay? JG

There’s nothing in my target list, and there’s only a couple of scud launchers at my target waypoint. Would the waypoint show up in my target list? How do you undesignate a waypoint as a target?

I have a customer mission set up in the Hornet with four Mk82 bombs, and I’m trying to use CCIP mode. However, if I start cold and dark, the DIL on the hud seems locked to a specific point. Does it need calibrated, or am I locked on a waypoint? I can’t seem to get it out of this weird mode. Any help is appreciated.

I've seen an IAF camo paint scheme for the hornet in several places on Google search, but can't seem to find it anywhere in the downloads. Does anyone know where I can get this skin? Thanks, JG

Thanks. I guess I can keep it under Windows 7 until I get ready to migrate completely to Win10.

I recently installed Win10 on a new HD, and am still running my old Windows 7 on a separate HD. I was wondering if there was a way to use the installation of DCS on Win7 through Win10. I'd like to have one common install to save space, but operable under both OSes. If that's not possible, is there a way to copy the DCS install from the Win7 drive, so that I don't have to start over from scratch? Thanks, JG

I'm building a VS1 mock-up (pics forthcoming), and I was hoping you guys could help with a couple details. 1. I need a better (high-res) picture of the top of the seat with a packed parachute. I have plenty of pics of inert seats without the parachute, and a couple of walkaround books, but no good detail of a packed parachute. 2. Does anyone know where I might be able to come up with the seat/headrest cushions, have one made, or even get a pattern? I could probably make them, but I'd rather it not look like a stuffed goose! I can handle wood/metal, but sewing is not my strong suit. :smilewink: Thanks in advance! JG
