  1. You'll need to check the first page of the update thread too, to see what the changes are. It can be a bit daunting keeping up with the changes to the Mirage's systems at first - Razbam seem to be fixing or upgrading things on almost a weekly basis. The Mirage was the first piece of Beta software I have bought ( I'm very cynical ) , and I'm happy and amazed at the work rate of the developers in the 6 months I have 'flown' it. You'll love the M2000C when you get to know it ;)
  2. Good grief !!! that guy has some skills.....
  3. Has anyone started to build a Mirage simpit ? Or does anyone have a starting point to work from in terms of dimensions for the various panels ?
  4. Get well soon mate. I sometimes have to take codeine and I know the effects it has on your concentration very well. No point trying to do anything until you are 100% fighting fit.
  5. Great videos, I know all this stuff already, but watched them just for fun. If I could add a constructive criticism, maybe just a little bit more chat might be good. There are some quite long spaces where you say nothing. But that's just me !
  6. I know the A10C's systems inside out by now, but have never had much luck operating it in hostile enviroments. Finally this thread brings some light as to why that is, thank you all....

    No update ?

Is there an update for 1.5 yet ?
  8. Cheers. And please don't eat my soul - at least until the Mirage 2000 is complete :smilewink:
  9. I'd had to stop using the Mirage recently because I began getting awful FPS when looking around the cockpit ( in 1.5 ) It was a real shame, because it's probably my favourite jet apart from the Sabre. But I tried again today, several DCS updates later and it's absolutely fine again now. Nothing has changed on my settings - is it DCS updating the sim engine a tiny bit or the cockpit textures being optimised ? I'm just curious. Anyway, it's put a smile on my face :D
  10. Pretty much. I need to do a lot more " circuits and bumps " ( as my ex-RAF uncle described them ) to figure out what is happening.... I'm really pleased by the way this module is shaping up, the guys behind it have a real work ethic, I'm glad I put my trust in them and bought it. OK, the Mirage doesn't really have an opponent to fight with on level terms - the FC3 jets have unrealistic sensors and the Mig 21 belongs to an older generation of fighters. But then that's the DCS way :smilewink:
  11. I have a problem on landing where if I relax pressure on the stick the jet pitches backwards and tail strikes. I'm using about 14.5 AOA right to the moment the mainwheels touch. Do I need to touch down flatter ?
  12. This problem is driving me barmy. I have it with DCS World, but it's also common to the standalone version of I have of A10C ( 1.1.1.1 ? ) When I use rctrl-Num0 to toggle snap views to be 'sticky' nothing happens - the snap views work, but only as long as I keep the key depressed. It's got to be something I am doing wrong, because it's common to two completely different versions of the sim, one ancient and one modern - but for the life of me I can't think what it might be. I deleted every file I could find in DCS World in the input\keyboard directories, then repaired. Nothing has changed though. The only option I have with A10C is a reinstall, and I don't think that'll work. Can someone help me out ? I have searched for days for an answer with no success. EDIT:- Figured it out finally by trial and error. I don't press LWin+KPnumber - I should press KPnumber with no modifier, and the KPnumbers have to be bound to the up\down\left\right assignments in the View section. Thank heavens for that....
