First: unlock the open canopy. Second: Click on the little canopy clamp (in manual named "canopy partially closed position device"). This will position the canopy in the partially open position. Clicking the clamp again will close it fully. Same works wen coming from the closed position. I noticed, that the click spot on the clamp is only active, when the canopy is not locked open / locked closed. Hope this helps.

Added info. Looks like problem with cold start and alignment?! Not sure if it's on my end. Need to do more testing. Used stored heading alignment without changing positions. Do I need to wait after engine start and generators online before starting INS alignment? Hello, did a quick tour around London in Normandy 2 map. Noticed the following. Having set some nav points in mission editor. Did a stored alignement. Distance to waypoints is ok but: 1. pointer shows wrong and changing direction, even when flying straight. 2. pointer okay when totally close to selected WP 3. switching from magnetic to true north changes compass card too much, compare screenshots with status bar below. 4. heading pointer does not switch when switching between magnetic and true north (not really sure, but I think this should change heading as well) Please find track attached. Comparison true north and magnetic: Waypoint is in Farnborough Airfield marked with the arrow, check how heading indicator behaves when getting closer in the three images: Haven't tried on different maps yet. Haven't seen this, but if you attach the smoke pylons and pods, will this remove before flight tag be attached to the pod?

Looks like the same as on my tries. Totally strange AoA-values (-178°) followed by massive g-spike and bang, broken plane. @6S.Dukecurrently had no details on this and was investigating. For me it can be solved in SP with 0 windspeed. Especially wind from the rear caused these large negative AoA values as can be seen in status bar. But not sure, if it is really related and how this would cause the g-spikes and jumping plane.

Is this still an issue?! I just had the problem in OB MT with the F1 EE. Green V/UHF radio didn't work neither in manual nor in preset mode in Nevada. I'm not sure about the sequence of switching the knobs. Test witch sound also only worked when in PAL + G mode but not in PAL position. Red radio was working with my preset channel and I could talk to the tanker, but not radio COM to ATC at Nellis as I didn't preset the corresponding frequency.

As 7th June is a Wednesday this year and Wednesday is mostly patch day the OP refers to this and not the actual D-Day 6th June, I guess. I would like to know stable version update schedule. Last stable is from Dec. 2022. I'm only doing SP stuff I don't really want to mess with OB but want to benefit from latest changes too. Would like to see stable update before releasing new modules/maps, which will delay stable push even further away.

For me it's okay in SP having zero wind at ground level. You may try this. Of course, this will not help in MP when server enforces wind greater zero.

There are even 3 versions... The one in the OB ...\DCS_World_OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\MB-339\Docs folder is 273 pages. The one in stable ...\DCS_World\Mods\aircraft\MB-339\Docs is 278 pages. Both in game manuals are missing section XV describing the data cartridge file usage. This third manual was made available through a download in development report thread and contains 277 pages. Seems quite a common practice of many 3rd party developers and even ED to put their information first on discord. I would also like to have a single source preferably here in the forum.

On discord IFE wrote they plan the update with the next patch. They preferred not to deliver their current build as this may introduce some new bugs. Let's hope for the next one.
