  1. When you open the cockpit you can reach to see the inner wing and the flaps always are lowered or they are not there.
  2. I want share a thing that I think about aileron trim. I have a modified G940 with a long stick and I have it in realistic position between mi legs like real planes. I think that right position of the stick when we flying is for the weight of the pilot's arm. When you rest the weight of right arm, it tend to make force at right side and for this reason the cruise flight trim is there. This effect/issue/feature is not for right placed joystick (like F16 or desktop joysticks). I think that because in all flight simulators, when I go with ball centered I have mi arm in this position more relaxed and natural. But the inmense mayority of flightsimmers have a regular joysticks placed in right side of desktop. In others simulators (BoS, CloD and DCS Dora) is the same position for leveled cruise flight. Had I explain well? Sorry for my english. My 2 cents.
  3. I see that the ailerons don't move down with the flaps. I think that is a feature of all Bf109s. Or maybe I am wrong. Or maybe is WiP.
  4. Direct X 11 support Dynamic shadowing of the terrain and mountains Improved weather Improved lighting Clipmap support for new maps Higher object counts Higher resolution ground terrain mesh and textures for new maps (between 1 and 64 meters per pixel depending on area of map and clipmap level) More detailed tree models with collision for new maps Better graphical effects High resolution road textures for new maps Ability for road signs and light signals for new maps Additional ground clutter (rocks, cactuses, etc.) for new maps Skeleton animation for infantry Better use of multiple GPUs (CPU multi-threading is not being pursued as it will provide little if any gain) Ability to create dedicated servers in the future Unified front end and simulation .exe Improved API sound support Improved Oculus Rift support The OP has changed. Now it say that trees will be collisionable.
  5. You already have electric inertial starter. Go to controls, engine controls and asign a button (don't works with keyboard) for signal starter crew. Starter turns without use the radio.
  6. I would say the same, always connect MW50. I am trying the tank loaded with fuel and selector in krafstoff and I have 1.8 ATA too.
  7. Sorry for no posting imagesbut you can reproduce very easy. When I zoom out the external view the landing gear covers disappear and I can see the silouette of gear wells. In a flight I take damage in a wing point against runway, only superficial skin damage, not strultural, then I zoom out in external view and half wing disappear. Sorry for my bad english.
  8. From memory, I don't have the sim running now... With trackir on: - press RCTRL+F1. - Place the head and zoom in centered/desired position. - Save position pressing LALT+0 (numerical keyboard). Now you had fixed the problem forever.
  9. I tried put roll axis in my G25 and alevator axis in G940 but G25's FFB don't work and unasigned X-axis in G940 working when roll trim is aplied. Extrange.
  10. A question apart... There's somethig about to use a third FFB axis for adapt a G25 wheel for make FFB rudders? I tried my G950 and my G25 for rudder axis, but rudder FFB don't work.
  11. Is perfectly possible take off without use brakes for nothing, without tail lock, without flaps, with instant full power and stick centered. Only begin with 50% rudder right and dancing rudder then. Prop-wash IS modelled. All I said is own experience.
  12. Take off and landing at very first try (making S along the runway, of course). Then I had practicing to take off with stick neutral, full power punch and tail wheel turned 90º (after turn stop for runway align) without problems, only controling with rudder. 100km/h stick half way forward and little bit right for correct roll to left in take off. At next day I was practicing landing without flaps and 0º trim simulating electrical failure. 10-15 try and I managed land in less than half runway 2 times. Learn P51 was very more tricky for me but it helped me to control Dora. G940 and saitek pedals. Zero takeoff assist.
  13. Well, did not intend to speak about KA50, but give an idea of what I mean. That trigger cover not move every time you shoot but it makes a sort of master arm.
  14. There will be possibility to load fuel in the tank MW50 and the possibility of breaking the engine with the wrong switch position?
  15. Just a thought / suggestion. It would be better than the trigger guard had a combination of keys to turn up or turn down? It is a bit ... wrong that every time you fire, it is lowered and raised. I remember that the KA50 has a similar trigger guards system that is placed in position by selecting the appropriate weapons. It may seem a bit redundant, but if we already have cover switches and button cover up the landing gear, for another key more... and I think would be the most important of the 3 that I mentioned. By the way, I was going to comment on the possibility of firing cannons and machine guns on different buttons, but I think it has been mentioned in other threads already. Sorry for my bad english.
  16. I personally love to read original handbooks and if I can check that they can be used in DCS 190D9 (to an extent of course) would be better. But I'm still starting to learn German so better in english. In Spanish it would be too much to ask :( What I said in my previous post was a joke, but on second thought, if the handbook DCS recreate the original style would be more immersive. Nice to have all that original technical stuff too in a extended version. A DCS manual with old Luftwaffe style handbook. By the way... There are some PDF scan the original Dora handbook around?
  17. Why to do a new manual if they have the real one? :music_whistling:
