  1. Dear all, I am looking for someone to fly with! (Either another lone-wolf or a small group of friends) A little bit about me: - I live in The Netherlands (GMT +1). - My main language is Dutch, but I speak English pretty well (I might have a bit of an accent though :music_whistling:). - I usually fly in the evenings. - I would consider myself a casual simmer. - I fly in VR exclusively. - I am mostly interested in flying the SA342, A-10C, F-15C, UH-1H, Hawk and Ka-50. However, I also currently own the entire FC3 package, F-86F, P-51D, Fw-190, Mi-8 and Combined Arms. - I am not an expert in any of the modules. Do you recognize yourself in (parts of) this description? Send your application letter and CV to ... kidding, just reply or send me a PM! :) Kind regards, Phoeniceus
  2. I don't normally respond to these discussions on the internet, because of all the opinionated people who will never step away from their own opinions under any circumstance, but this time I'll make an exception. (And I'll probably regret it) Yes, I have been following this thread from the beginning. Yes, I am super hyped for the products that are being promised. But why won't people let the guy do his thing and just wait until he releases his products? Letting him know how you would run HIS business is likely not going to change a thing and is certainly not going to speed up the development time. Telling him when and how he should post an update is likely not going to change a thing and is certainly not going to speed up the development time. Yes, I think that an update doesn't take a long time to write, but we don't know what is going on behind the scenes and if there actually is anything worth showing every month. Development of high quality products either takes time or brings huge costs, of which the latter he is trying to keep as low as possible for us (!), the consumer. Just. Be. Patient.
  3. You want the MiG-21 (But so do I) Just some MiG's flying in formation:
  4. Thanks for this contest! This was my first time trying to get "the perfect screenshot", and it was a lot of fun! I'll definitely join in next time :)
  5. Ehm sorry, but if you would have read 4 posts up (#235 and #236), you would have found the answer to your question..
  6. A quick Google image search wasn't that hard, but for your convenience: Find the differences! F/A-18: A-10C:
  7. Thanks! Downloaded and installed the HeadTracker Binaries. I think it was the headtracker.dll in the bin folder that did the trick. I thought I did the same thing that I had done in 1.2.6, but I most likely did not.. Anyway, It works! Thanks again, Roeney
  8. Hey breid, I'm talking about FreeTrack v2.2, but FaceTrackNoIR uses the same protocol so it should be similar. I had the same thing (forgot about having to change the dll) but without working headtracking. I deleted all files and repaired 1.2.7. Still nothing. I also tried it with the standard SU-25T (since I first tried it with the Flaming Cliffs 3 module, so I figured the problem might be in the plane). Anyway, thanks for your reply! Roeney
  9. I've been trying to get Freetrack working with 1.2.7 but no luck. I was unable to find a headtracker.dll in the OpenBeta installation folder, so I copied my headtracker.dll from 1.2.6 (in which Freetrack worked) to 1.2.7. This did not work. In 1.2.6 you also had to change a line in Input.lua to properly locate the headtracker.dll, but in the OpenBeta this file is also not apparent. Copying this file from 1.2.6 did not work. Anyone got it working with FreeTrack? Roeney
