    I am asking on behalf of all the ship modders.

     

    We would like to know why the torpedo code was locked?

     

    Without it, no working sub mods can be installed.

     

    I can make a custom torp, so the ED one need not be used.

     

    But without the code, we are "Dead in the water":biggrin:

     

    Might you ask if this can be UN-locked please?

    We do not need the missiles, just the torps.

     

    I have WW II subs waiting in dry dock!!

      Please, send the log when DCS is not working.

       

      In general, though, you have to create a mod with your own sub/boat in order to add custom logic.

      Do you have your mod as a separate module, or you edited the existing DCS files?

      editing DCS files won't work. You need your own module to do stuff.

      Hi!

      You can see an example of torpedo declaration here: CoreMods\WWII Units\Weapons\Weapons.lua

      No need to patch the database, just create a normal module for your torpedos.
