  1. With the latest update I have noticed that K500kr and Kh29T both overshoot when you try to hit a big target like the bunkered command post. This happens even though you get AC on the display. I have added a .trk file with the TV bomb but the Kh29T also overshoots. It does not happen with smaller targets. Curious what others may experience... Thanks K500kr overshoot .trk

  7. I think you are missing the point. Spacing between bombers is not required as there is no lateral flight path drift. The issue is that a single bomber will launch all 12 cruise missiles which will eventually end up overlapping. That should not happen imho. Thanks
  8. I stand corrected. I forgot to throttle down. How about the landing view bug ? It works fine on the American carriers...but not on the new Kuznetsov.
  9. Hi folks, title says it all. After landing on the upgraded Kuznetsov the arrestor cables do not disengage. Consequently, I cannot taxi to parking. Also, landing view Alt+F9 has I believe never worked on the new Kuz. Thanks

  11. Hi folks, the behaviour of the Kh-65 has been fixed. Thank you. But there is another bug that has shown up. If a full Tu-160 loadout (12 missiles) is launched the missiles start overlapping as they suddenly randomly accelerate or slow down. There is no damage modelling (no biggie) but they should not overlap.. Thanks
  12. Yes..sorry - it was confusing. SCUD was working fine. Looking forward to the Kh-65 update in the stable build. I removed the Beta - spent too much time looking at bugs at not enough time flying and enjoying the sim.

  14. Hi folks, for the longest time the Kh-31P was just a glider - the ramjet never kicked in. If you wanted to target ships with an Su24/34 you had to use Kh-31A missiles. With the latest build things are now the other way round : The Kh-31P is reliable and works as expected. It lofts and accelerates up to 3000 kmh plus and then descends onto target. Looks good. The Kh-31A is now a glider (when you manage to get AI to launch it). It just drops and the ramjet never kicks in. I had a few occasions when the ramjet kicked in but in 95% of the cases it does not. So, the Kh-31A is either buggy or I am not using it within a correct set of parameters/mission options. Can you please take a look ? Thanks
  15. Can anybody tell me how to dispense countermeasures ? Key "E" does not work. Binding it to a controller button also does not work. The only way is to press the red button in the cockpit using a mouse. Not efficient. Thanks
  16. R-33 has a speed of M4.5 to M6...which is way faster than it's current in-sim speed of 3000 kmh.
  17. Both the R-33 and the Phoenix need tweaking. AI long range shots no longer exist. On top of that the R-33 now has a top speed of around 3000 kmh - should be around 4300 kmh. Plus the continuing issue of the F14B and GRC AI missiles not showing on the Su-27/33 MFD Phoenixes from the F14A AI DO show on the Su-27/33 MFD
  18. This missile has been severely dumbed down. The speed used to be over 4000 kmh. Declared speed of 3.5Mach is around 4320 kmh. The motor now cuts out at 3000 kmh. AI launches from very short distances. This missile should be slightly worse than a Phoenix. As it stands now it is worse than a R27RE. I think this needs a fix.
  19. While on the topic of Phoenixes, I noticed that the R-33 also seems to have changed behaviour. The engine cuts out at around 3000km/h. I believe it used to burn longer before.
  20. Solved my problem with defining a theatre-wide trigger zone. If a specific missile is then detected in that zone with a flag set to on or off it should give me what I want... Hope this helps somebody. Thanks
  21. Hi folks, I want to prevent a coalition A2A missile launches unless a specific flag has a true value... Any ideas on how I could do that ? I looked at the "ON SHOT" trigger but that will not work as it covers missiles of any kind. Thanks
  22. Looks like it did not make it into the OB patch...The AIM-54 is still a totally silent killer....

  24. Tried a J-11, Su-27 and Su-33 against all AIM54 versions. No RWR in any conditions. The only exception is when it is launched by the F14A...then you get RWR warning when the missile goes pitbull. However, when launched by either of the two newer F14 (B or GR) models nothing happens. There was a time when you could also occasionally see the missile in the radar display - but that is gone in the current build (2.7.3). So - almost no assistance at all for defeating the Phoenix. Can this be fixed please ? Thanks
