Hello to everyone, PLEASE help. Do not know where to post this problem My problem: Have window 10 64 bits on a partitioned ssd as drive © and DCS world on the same ssd as drive (F) When I first installed as Administrator Voice attack and VaicomPro on drive © I got several red spots one said it could not find DCS and was to manage DCS lua. files manually as on page 33 of the manual. Instead of doing that I unistalled both VaicomPro and Voice attack and installed both on drive (F). There I had no red spots only blue ones ,but I cannot find the option menu or CONFIGURATION PAGE with the tabs as "PTT, preferences, configuration, keyword editor a.s.o" therefore I can't even register the Viacom pro version I bought yesterday. There must be an installation error and maybe the pat is not correct. I put the VAICOM PRO folder with its content into Voice attack App folder. My DCS as said is in (F). When I open DCS (F) I see 4 folders: DCS World 1.5, Program files, TMP, and the VoiceAttack. In program Files.there is Eagle Dynamics and in there DCS World.. I think there must be something wrong. I asked VaicomPro support and they just said: "you need to apply one of the options discussed in post #805 and onward on the ED forum thread." Can't find this thread, please someone tell me exactly what I should do and correct my path, Installation on C or F I would be really grateful for help THANKYOU.:helpsmilie:

Vaicom Pro not showing Configuration Window Hello Have Window 10 64 bits installed on partitioned SSD on drive © and DCS World on drive (F) on the same ssd. Just installed Voice Attack and Vaicom Pro first on drive C but it could not find DCS World and a red spot mark said to install lua files manually as per page 33 of the manual. I desinstalled both VaicomPro and VoiceAttack from drive C and reinstalled with admin. rights on drive (F). There are now only blue marks without any red ones, but I cannot find nor see the CONFIGURATION WINDOW with the various tabs as " About, Preferences, Configurations, PTT, a.s.o. The Left Ctrl+Alt+C does not bring up the window so I cannot even register the Pro version I bought yesterday. There is some faulty installation and I do not know if I should install them on C or F.. Can someone please help me? Many thanks

Hello, Bought the NS430 Navigation System, downloaded and activated it but it is not showing up anywhere. I opened a ticket and they replied to ask on the forum (No comment) It is stated that: "This module provides ability to display the NS 430 as a pop-up window in almost all aircraft (except for those that have their own advanced navigation systems like the A-10C, Ka-50 and F/A-18C)". WHERE DOES IT POP UP? Or has one to buy one of the two modules, L-39 Albatros or MI-8MTV2 ? This would be unfair and anyway misleading. Could someone explain? Thanks

Hello every one Sorry if this is not the right site. I have downloaded the profile mentioned above under the name of Spudnocker. I cannot find this name. I downloaded the profile (6 KB) into the right folder User>Name>AppData>Roaming> NaturalPoint>Profiles. There I can see it but it does not figure in TrackIr Profiles. There is a new profile that has been created I have no idea what it is and it is called HUD, could it be this? Appreciate any help. thanks

Hello:helpsmilie: Want to install new ssd on my computer and also window 10. Have installed dcs on w7 on hdd and want to keep both operating systems. How can I migrate from w7 to 8 from hdd to ssd, possibly without installing everything again. Do I have to deactivate or not? How does dcs know where to install updates if I have dcs in window 7 on hdd and dcs on w 10 on ssd.. Hope someone can give me exact steps on how to proceed. Thank you all:helpsmilie:

Hello to all of you Due to a virus which ate away almost all the C drive space, I had to reformat the C drive and reinstall Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits. The DCS sim is on another drive and was not affected by the virus and DCS works but ALL PROFILES ARE GONE! So I tried to load them from my saved game profiles I have on a separate drive and also on external dive. I imported the files but they DO NOT WORK ! So, Yesterday I started to set all my profiles of all the aircrafts (DCS A10, P51, Lock on, F-86, etc (more than 12 hours of work!) but the following happened: 1. After mapping all the profiles and saving them, they register all right, but 2.Restarting the computer, all the 12 hour work is gone and all new settings... 3. I tried to load the saved profiles and they did load but with errors (red lines in some sites all across the screen for example all SIMPLIFICATION settings had red lines. So I tried the following: 4. I tried to reset the F 15C profiles again all new and save them in the overwritten carpet I saved the day before. The date changed and every thing looks ok, and this time no red lines. 5. When I restart the computer all the profiles are gone. NOTE: I never checked or played the game because I didn't want to loose time, COULD THIS BE THE REASON that profiles only register after playing? Please help me and to all of you Happy New Year. Hello, Stupid question. Cannot launch missiles or drop bombs. Only cannon is functioning. Have tried all switches no results. Only in Instant Action mode missiles work not in Missions . Is this a Beta F86 issue that has to be corrected or do I make a mistake?:cry:

To Flagrum, You were right. Just to clarify for anyone :You can cancel the download and then restart the update. So if you have to download 80Mb and it downloaded only 40% - one can restart the update and now it shows only 48Mb to download as previously it downloaded already 32Mb (40%)

Concerns my question Nr2 -Have tried to download latest patch- now it worked. Download stopped but when I started again it starts all over but it completes the update. So say you have to download 80 Mb and it downloads for any reason only 40% - one can just cancel and then even when computer is shut off- one can restart the download then it shows only 48 to download as 32 have already been previously downloaded. So need only answer of other 2 questions, thanks

Hi, As most of you, I alsoo have issues with the latest 2 upgrades. Both only download to 40% and then stop. Support said I should repair - than they said should install all from scratch - so I did. Then came the next (last update) which also did not download. So I made another ticket to support and asked if I could download the next future upgrade without having the last 1.2.1030996.495 Answer: "YES" My 1st. Question: If this is really possible because I recall that somewhere in this Forum it has been said that you need all previous updates. Also when I downloaded the F86F it asked me to upgrade.... Is this only for Modules?? Also I asked support if it could not be possible in a future to make upgrades shorter or divide them in 2-3 downloads and with a download manager where one can stop, pause, resume downloads. Answer: "If you stop a download you can resume later without losing what you have already". 2nd. Question: How is that possible if upgrading shows only "downloading"and a cancel button. there is no pause, stop or reassume possibility. Can someone explain it? 3rd. and last Question: Is there a message when making a REPAIR ? In my case it stops and no messages appear- so I do not know if the repair has been successful or not! Is this normal? NOTE: I ask these question to the Forum because I don't want to bother support because they have too much work and their answers are very short and incomplete. Well, thanks for the reply, but in my case it always starts downloading from the beginning and as I have the problem that it does not download completely (only about 40%) it consumes my download allowance. Maybe the DCS team can answer this...

Hi, It would be very nice if the DC team could change the way updates are handled. What i mean is the upgrades. Many people struggle with download issues because the internet connections are slow or even bad. Normally I also download other things with a download manager. This gives me the option to download long files in several parts, pressing the pause or re-assume button. In this way if the server has for example downloaded only 40 % I stop it and go back next day when it continues the download from 40% upwards. This allows me also to spare download allowance which in may case (Dominican Republic) costs 60US$ for only 15,000 Mb. If you think it is a good idea, post it please. Thanks to all:yes:

Latest version does not download 32095.521 and 3 more issues Hi, 1). As said above also the very latest update does not work. Since yesterday I have red all the post concerning update issues it took me more than 4 hours. Have found no solution. My problem is not that I have disappeared mods, everything works except that I can't download the latest version. Had the same issue with the previous version when i started a complete reinstall of DCSW and DCS user files with no results. NOW IT IS THE SAME, Normally customer's service is quick but they have not responded to me yet. The DOWNLOAD initiates and then just stops when it reaches about 40% of the total download. It seems as it is a internet issue but it is not! 2). Further in my new installed F-86F many things do not function, especially at the clean start up mission. It starts with the window+home key. Further to the issues of the previous post sometimes the reticule on the hud is not visible, but I know it is a Beta.... 3). With my new installation from scratch i copied some older files in my DCS user folder. All my medals etc and flying time show up. When I fly the F-86F the log book does not record any flights all is "0"hours,,, I copied from the old DCS user only the folders that had more content in Kb/Mb some new ones had even more content than the old ones, these I left alone. Maybe i missed up something .Can any body help with the 3 issues, please? Thanks

Have the same problem. Also had it with the previous patch 1.2.10. 30996.495 so I was said to uninstall DCS world and DCS user files. I also stopped the Antivirus. It downloads only about 1/3 to almost half of the 858.7 Mb. Now even after the new installation with F-86 the downloads stops after a while. So the problem persists. It is impossible to make updates. Furthermore the F-86 does not work in cold start. Mouse click over cockpit buttons functions but the button go on and off. Battery?Generator switch = no reaction also Throttle is stuck and can't be moved with controller nor with mouse. Any idea? Thanks

It starts normally and then suddenly it disappears. So I guess it is repaired. But no message is shown.
