  1. So there is not much of a proof, just a feeling. It was more about business rather than an "EULA violation". By the way the word "trade" was only recently added to the EULA. What is going on really ? Not to mention it is not directed to the license itself, rather to the program. Is it legal to do so ? Friend A buys module A and friend B buys module B. They decide to gift the modules each other. That is gifting still, how can you call it trading ? It is VERY very unclear, atleast to me, how this is being handled. Why not just say the truth rather than call on EULA violations ? (violations that weren't even violations before the recent EULA subtle modifications) Old: New: EULA is a legal contract, is it legal to edit it out of nowhere ?
  2. Well it looks like it was the innocent gifting the cause if someone mistakes gifting like this:
  3. Gifting is not an EULA violation, since it is not commercial related. If someone wants to then gift the same key to someone else again that is still gifting. Someone started editing the EULA silently.. Old 9.2 is now 9.1 This is the old 9.1 "9.1 You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this Licence to the recipient, provided that the recipient agrees to the terms of this Licence and you remove the Program from your computer." Again, everything done in the shades.
  4. Well one could have a module that just doesn't like, and his friend has another module that he doesn't like, so they gift the modules each other. How do you really define trading ? Isn't that just gifting ? How can you even say people are trading keys ? That may aswell just be two people gifting keys each other. This is not very clear, or is it ? Gifting is not an EULA violation.
  5. Adjusting the system means adjusting the EULA. I think it will have to be modified with the new system. I'm curious how they are planning to do it, it's probably not going to work in the old way anyway.
  6. The EULA has indeed changed if we cannot transfer keys anymore...
  7. Many people complained about paypal and it's already back. Maybe we should complain about the key binding too ?
  8. I can feel you.. Because of "exploiters". Key binding has been deleted too. Everything is changing now
  9. That confirms my point, this restriction is due to key reselling websites... so now everyone is limited  Guess it was just easier to lockdown everyone than tracking those specific websites...
  10. PayPal has been suspended too. Is this really related to EULA ? I bet this is due to key resellers... And so we got a restriction... So now it will be like Steam... not cool.
  11. Restrictions . They said a gift system is inbound. What the hell ?
