  1. ok thanks, im not a Helios user, so i wasn't aware how that, or ReShade would apply to me. I think i understand a bit more now, and can read some of those threads i had dismissed before.
  2. im still only seeing the CPG screens on my cougars. i took the AH64 cockpit folder and merged it into my stall path, and then in my monitor config, i used the names "LEFT_MFCD" & "RIGHT_MFCD" with this setup, i still only see the CPG screens exported to my 2 MFD monitors, did i set it up wrong?
  3. i have been using this profile myself, and im finding it give good mapings overall, at least for the PLT. my next session is going to be understanding the CPG mappings and if i can use these or if i should switch to a PS4 controller for TEDAC
  4. I want to echo what is being said, I have hoped for this module for decades, and to see it now is amazing. The overall module quality is the best to date for an EA, the aircraft is stunning in VR and on a 2D screen. I also want to say that the community interaction has been great, having Casmo produce videos along with Matt has been so helpful to both communicate progress before the release and to provide valuable info and tutorials. Questions and concerns seem to be being acknowledged quickly and overall interactions are just the best. This has been the best module release to date. Thank you to everyone involved, the ED team, the community teams, and all the SME's and testers. What an amazing EA Releasee.
  5. looks like it will be beautiful
  6. Came here to share this very sentiment. I originally found DCS just after the release of BS2 in my search to find a new Apache sim to let me recapture all the fun I had with Janes Longbow with which I had my first online gaming experiences over broadband and setup my first GeoCities site for an online group of us virtual pilots. I'm so happy you all at DCS are finally able to share all the hard work that has went into this module, I can't thank you all enough. I of course pre-ordered it ASAP, but I had to come say thank you, because as much as I know you want my money I felt it was even more important to share these thoughts and say thank you, and I can't wait!
  7. Awesome, have wanted something like this for a long time, i will try it out soon!
  8. Here is the correct link Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk
  9. There is nothing special about the repository, what you actually need is a webserver with a few web accessible files. So without getting into details in troubleshooting, first work on getting a working webserver, with a few custom HTML files in some of the directories that will hold the mod files Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk
  10. No, not without a lot of special work. The limit is windows, it will see all keyboards as the same keyboard as I understand it. I think there are some ways around it, but they are not straight forward. Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk
  11. Nice start, thanks for sharing it looks like it will be a useful tool Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk
  12. are you really complaining that they are making TOO MUCH content? seriously?? Polychop, i think the progress looks good and i look forward to seeing a quality representation of the Kiowa, thank you for your work, and your efforts on all the liveries to represent the variety of this aircraft.
  13. thank you for this preview. It caused me to check out the first book and after reading the description, i immediately bought the audiobook, and its been great. I have been looking for something like this ever since i listened to Viper Pilot by Dan Hampton.
  14. Another good show, the interview was good. Thanks to all Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk

  16. Thanks for sharing, and to add a bit Folding@Home is doing mostly GPU work units right now for COVID-19, if you want to maximize your contribution specific to the current pandemic, you can disable the CPU for FaH and then install BOINC and enable the Rosetta@Home project witch is also doing Protein folding research, but they are sending out CPU work units for COVID-19, and no GPU at all.
  17. Thank you, this is a great profile. If I'm able to get some time I see if I can add and share any improvement. Thanks for sharing! Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk
  18. Isn't the cheek station uses by other f18 drivers like Canadian and maybe Spain? I know there was comment that ED was targeting the USN/USMC specific ones, but it let's other countries use their actual loadouts and those that don't want to, don't have to I guess. 19. Ok that makes sense. And it sounds like it will be mounted lower. I'm thinking of it sitting on my desk in front of me.. but I do see your point, thanks for sharing Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
  20. Looks like a good start, it seems like the buttons/switches might be easier in from of the stream deck, you it works good with them behind you think? Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
