  2. I tried the new experimental spo-10 in multiplayer and I don’t see any difference to the behavior it did before. When I was locked up all four lights came on and I had no indication of the direction the source was coming from. Am I doing something wrong? The experimental box is checked. :helpsmilie:

  4. I am also having the crashing on start up. When you request ground air supply it crashes to desktop. This has occurred since the 6-5-2019 update.

  6. I am not sure I under stand this part... So the miz file for the new mission then change that to a zip? I was able to change the mission to a Zip in the Mission editor... then open it outside and make the changes to the warehouses form my new mission... However how do I get the My old mission.Zip back into the mission editor with my changes... it is a Zip file not a Miz file?
  7. When I go into the warehouse it goes from AGM-65E to AGM-65G Maverick. This is a mission that was built prior to the release of the AGM-65F. I have saved the mission since the update but the 65Fs are still not available. help!!!

  9. On startup change the INS switch too NAV behind the stick on the lower front panel.

  11. since the 2.5.1 update, I am getting a Metadata Build Error when trying to load into both Mission builder or MP missions. Below is a screen shot of the error. Does anyone know what is causing this or what I need to do to fix this issue?
  12. Taking off from a farp may be better done on the return trip after ordinance has been spent. You can experiment using the mission editor to find out how much ordinance you can carry and fuel quantity. You can select the amount to stay under 20,000 pounds and then go in game to find out how much that percentage is in cockpit.
  13. when your in a hot area I try to shoot on the move. Fire and keep moving.... you are harder to hit with a tow round or a tank round if you are moving.
  14. Ok great job Devrim and Ramsay your talking it out did it. The problem is with the axis assignments. I completely removed the axis assignments from the fuel control lever and the Auto Hover now works. However I would think though this might be something a gazelle pilot would want to map to an axis. Do you know if there is an adjustment that can assure 100% on the Fuel Control Lever? or might this be a bug with the system? or maybe a bug with the joystick... is there anyone else who has mapped their fuel control lever to an axis who can still use auto hover? If its a joystick problem that's understandable. I own the Saitek X-56 I have never had issues with any of the controls before with this stick. Thanks again for your help... and the great support.   15. Interesting stuff. Ok time for some experimentation... I got a new stick about a month ago and it has more axisises than I had before. I did assign an axis I to the fuel control lever.
  16. I cannot get auto hover to work... The default key bind is Q and I have it mapped to my hotas. However during this flight I tried numerous times to get the auto hover to engage and it does not. Please help!!! 20180213.trk
  17. I will take another look at it. I haven't flown the gazelle in several months. I felt I was fairly confident with it in the past... I will give it another shot and scrutinize my hover and vertical speeds a bit more closely... If I continue to have problems I will post a track.
  18. Auto hover appears to not work at all. I have tried to engage when in single pilot mode both in Multiplayer and in Single player mode. Any help would be appreciated maybe its something I am doing wrong!!!

  20. I still believe there may be a bug there. The sensor should auto lock on to the target when its in range. You shouldn't have to wiggle the mav seeker around to get it to lock the target. I have no expertise or knowledge about this but it seems counter intuitive. And cumbersome for a dedicated Attack aircraft.
  21. I have noticed this problem as well... I flew into a heavily fortified area of AAA and I figured I would take some hits. Didn't hear anything and I came off target and all seemed great until I noticed my engine rolling off. I switched to F2 view and My plane was all shot to heck and obviously I was hit but no sounds were ever heard that would reflect that I was hit.

  23. Once the Mav is slewed to the DMT how do you get it to lock on the target? My mavs will not lock... If I press the Action Button the MAV moves off the target and I have to Slew it again.... If I just try to get it to auto lock it never does as long as its slewed to the DMT. Can't figure this out.
  24. If pilot dies the Gazelle is done. You have to get a new copper. You cannot repair or rearm to get a new pilot. this happened on Version 2.1.1.9429 in Multiplayer
  25. I think the maverick would be welcome obviously it was carried by F-5s some where even if it wasn't the US variant. Belsimtek modeled the US variant however I am not sure why. Equally, they also modeled the uh-1h with the apr-39 blisters without the apr-39. Belsimtek was trying to model a Vietnam era helicopter with 1980s fuselage. Both F-5 and Uh-1h are great mods I love them both. No evidence that a maverick was ever carried by a US variant or not. The F-5 in DCS seems a bit lacking in guided weapons considering its the same price as the other mods of the equivalent era that have guided weapons. I seriously doubt people are conistantly using the F-5 as a imitation mig21 when they can just fly the mig21. No they are using it as a quick interceptor or a dedicated ground pounder. The US didn't use it for this so why do we have these weapons. The US used F5Es as aggressors. Again I love this mod however having a maverick would make its worth much greater in game.
