Hey Blade - are you holding PTT key long enough i.e. don't release before you've heard the beeps. PM me if the problem remains.

It doesn't work in 2.0a yet, but there are no issues with 1.5.

Hi Use only VA release version, there are issues with current beta. These URI messages are irrelevant on desktop, they should be gone after loading mission data with Start Mission voice command, see manual. Run VA as admin. More info in the thread. Agree, this is annoying. I can't get the top left subtitles to disappear, though I have Subtitles and Allied Flight reports deselected. I hope this is high on ED's buglist by now. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=155339&highlight=subtitles

+1 This should be high on the new features wishlist imo. Splitting in-helmet and world sounds to different audio outputs is very useful in many (simpit) scenarios. This could come off a single audio device using Surround (i.e. 5.1) outputs.

Hey guys, Happy new year to all. I'll be glad to put out more profiles, such as for the M2000C, but we may need to get some kind of funding in place. For each profile that I create I need to buy the module even if I never fly it, so it could get financially painful :music_whistling: I'm considering creating a Paypal donation button or something like that, other suggestions welcome also. Hey ThE_MarD, This is very promising stuff, thanks a lot! I just ran DCS 1.5 on my 2xGTX970 rig with the 0x080000F5 compatibility bit setting and it seems that for the first time I now get *) good SLI usage *) greatly improved framerates *) no more flickering clouds! Testing continues but this looks great so far. Thumbs up mate EDIT: Unfortunately further testing revealed same old problems. I get much better performance on a single card at the moment so for me it's back to that.

@Kozmyk Yes, you're fine. The only references to the '\' key are in the _Menu_Execute command. This goes for all profiles.

Hey Will Normally this command will work. You may need to check the VA log how it was interpreted in this case. Note that one tanker per mission is supported. Also note that if you see a menu like this you can always clear the screen at any time with a short PTT press/release cycle. Have a look and send me a PM if you need more help.

Hey Sid Yes, you edit this also in _Menu_Execute command (category Process Management). For most profiles this is in line 9. Grtz

+1 Subtitles selected OFF, but still continuouly scrolling lines in top left corner, killing immersion. I can understand how these can be helpful sometimes, but they need to obey the selection tickbox.

Hey BaD CrC, Couple of things to check - Windows 10: make sure you run VA explicitly as administrator - Doublecheck the physical key for comms menu both in DCS config and in VAICOM profile (see the note on non-US keyboards) - Use Start Mission voice command to start each new mission (this loads the DCS settings such as for Easy Communication, see manual) - If you run 1.5ob check the note on that - Do not release the PTT key too soon, i.e. wait until you've heard the beeps. Have a look and send me a PM if you get stuck on anything.

Hi - have a look at the note on 1.5 openbeta and where it says '.openbeta' replace with '.openalpha'. Note that these URI messages are not relevant until you've loaded a new mission i.e. using the 'Start Mission' voice command. See manual.

Flickering clouds in 1.5ob running SLI on 2x GTX970. But I guess this is a known issue.

@Shaz per ardua ad astra - cheers @Nigel, yes Nevada is going to be supported, I'm in touch with Whartsell (ATC mod) on this. With current 2.0alpha I have the same experience as you i.e. not all commands getting proper replies from AI. It seems in 2.0a this menu stuff is not all implemented yet by ED and is still in the works. What I have seen working so far though all looked fine. The Nevada airfield names list appears not yet in the menu so we may have to wait a bit more until next (beta) release until we can get it in place.

Hey Shaz. What will solve your problem is to state the call as two individual words with very small pause in between, as in 'Sochi. Select.'. Will investigate, there's apparently some kind of snag when this command is spoken in one go. BTW as I'm sure you are aware in VA options you can select the Speech Recognition engine to UK English instead of US English. Good to cover for strong west country or Dutch accents lol
