Ok, test I did and updated my previous post - The right side instruments panel should be moved right, to align the end of the front-right cockpit instruments, there is a gap between the right instruments panel and the fuselage - The wings are working ok and the sweep animation is smooth - HSI not working yet, ADI is ok, the VSI is working but is not aligned with the ADI - Landing and flaps warning lights are not working - The mirrors view are rotated 90 degress right and left - The wing sweep indicator sometimes stuck at 30 degrees, sometimes works ok, I have to tests in what conditions is getting stuck - The parachute is working but not visible, is only visible when you release it - The AI pilot doesn't know how to dogfight, it defended ok using flares, but never engaged the enemy with his own AA missiles - The ECM and IRCM are showing in the HUD - The cockpit instruments lights are too bright

Good job Cubanace, and thanks for the Cuban textures mod Urbi, looks awesome!, I will test tonight the speeds based in the new wing angles, the previous one never exceed the 1000 kmh due the wings at 45 degrees! Rush
  6. Thanks TIGER for your help and all the event organization, including the 104th guys! :pilotfly:

    MIG-23 UB

What I found (in VR) - The right side instruments panel should be moved right, to align the end of the front-right cockpit instruments, there is a gap between the right instruments panel and the fuselage - The HUD looks ok in VR - The flaps are working ok when the wings are at 16 degrees - No problem with takeof and landing, I did it from the first try - Wing lights and landing front light ok - HSI not working, ADI is ok, the VSI is working but is not aligned with the ADI - Landing and flaps warning lights are not working - The mirrors view is rotated 90 degress right and left - The wing only sweep 16 and 45 degrees, in the cockpit the indicator is marking correctly 72 degrees due the speed, but the wings are only 45 visual - Lack the smooth animation for the wings sweep movement - The parachute is working but not visible, is only visible when you release it - The R-60M worked ok - If it's possible move the POV of the pilot slightly to front, it's too far from the joystick in VR perspective

    MIG-23 UB

Nice Cuban skins! But there is no readme inside the RAR on how to install the mod! :(
  10. This !!, watching the match on twitch, I noticed a strange behavior at times, as if some pilots were directed in some way, but I preferred to remain silent, it is good that you have touched the subject.

    Terrific! good job! :pilotfly:
  12. I agree, but I'm talking in the approach phase, a high flight profile it's easy to shoot down by any Naval air defence.
  13. Hi Cubanace, I think that the Kh-59's naval variants in the latest phase do not fly that high, but low, like most of the cruiser missiles, in order to avoid be detected from far distance, that's why it's activate only 10km far from the target, allowing to the launcher to receive the camera image and select the target if is necessary! Regards.

Amazing work! waiting for the release!
  15. I think that yes!, because the mission have two generations fighters, that's why I asked a limited time frame
  16. RuSh - RED - MiG-29S I propose a limit time frame until 1990, with no R-77 in the RED side and allowed only 2 x AGM-54A for each F-14 Should be 4 x F-14B in the blue side. Should be allowed Viggen and Harrier in the blue side I quote how it was IRL the F-14 loadout Armament F-14 Tomcat carrying an AIM-120 AMRAAM during a 1982 test. The F-14 was designed to combat highly maneuverable aircraft as well as the Soviet anti-ship cruise missile and bomber (Tupolev Tu-16, Tupolev Tu-22, Tupolev Tu-22M) threats.[34] The Tomcat was to be a platform for the AIM-54 Phoenix, but unlike the canceled F-111B, it could also engage medium- and short-range threats with other weapons.[32][34] The F-14 is an air superiority fighter, not just a long-range interceptor aircraft.[34] Over 6,700 kg (14,800 lb) of stores can be carried for combat missions on several hardpoints under the fuselage and under the wings. Commonly, this means a maximum of two–four Phoenixes or Sparrows on the belly stations, two Phoenixes/Sparrows on the wing hardpoints, and two Sidewinders on the wing hardpoints.[citation needed] The F-14 is also fitted with an internal 20 mm M61 Vulcan Gatling-type cannon. Operationally, the capability to hold up to six Phoenix missiles was never used, although early testing was conducted; there was never a threat requirement to engage six hostile targets simultaneously and the load was too heavy to safely recover aboard an aircraft carrier in the event that the missiles were not fired. During the height of Cold War operations in the late 1970s and 1980s, the typical weapon loadout on carrier-deployed F-14s was usually only one AIM-54 Phoenix, augmented by two AIM-9 Sidewinders, two AIM-7 Sparrow IIIs, a full loadout of 20 mm ammunition and two drop tanks.[citation needed] The Phoenix missile was used twice in combat by the U.S. Navy, both over Iraq in 1999,[50][51][52] but the missiles did not score any kills.
  17. Frostie AFAIK, you have a better chance to detect anything with radar ranges above 30km than using the default 10. Anyway, they were at almost the same altitude, in this case there is no problem with the radar range setup. I can't argue that!, I can only detect in the Russian IRST the Russian aircraft from far, and the western from very close :D Regards, Rush
  18. But this chart is for defensive purposes, give the possible use of an enemy AIM-120 if the target is visible in PPS (frontal) or ZPS (behind) radar modes, depending on maximum and minimum launcher speeds
  19. And that the ET chases a lit cigar if you throw it out the window! :megalol:
  20. nice docs,I don't think there is something similar online about Russian missiles, only a few charts like the one posted above.
  21. - In this mission the instructor doesn't give you the frequency where the bomber will be, like the previous training mission of radar. (the freqs are visible in the kneeboard like the previous mission) - Looks like at the beginning of the mission, it not reset the gear and flaps parameters of the previous training mission; if you left the flaps extended in the previous mission, the flap light will start ON in this one, even if the flaps are retracted. When you takeoff, the gears and flaps will not retract. You have to quit to the main menu and select TRAINING again to solve this problem
  22. Good article!, read this one! https://foxtrotalpha.jalopnik.com/how-to-win-in-a-dogfight-stories-from-a-pilot-who-flew-1682723379
  23. Exactly, was not RAZBAM fault.
