  1. Upon looking into my VKB rudder input lua, this block appears whenever my rudder stops working. I have never assigned the T6 axis in game, and the game itself reports that it is unbound on my pedals. If I delete this block of code then the game reports starts reporting my RX axis as being assigned to both Rudder and T6 Antenna Elevation. I delete the T6 binding and my rudders start responding in sim again. Unfortunately the problem re-creates itself next time I restart the sim.
  2. +1 I was able to bind my pedals to the rudder axis when first installing the module and it worked for about a day, then it exhibited the same issue. I was able to fix it by removing the input folder for the module but the issue came back after another day or so!
  3. I have the same issue, although it's probably because I tested out offline mode, but forgot to put it back to online mode before formatting my hard drive when upgrading my PC :(
  4. Unfortunately the link is now dead :(
  5. There was a restored cockpit section of a Polish Mig-21R at the Avalon Airshow in Australia. Pay $1 and get to sit in the cockpit. No brainer! The guy I spoke to said they were having trouble finding translations of all the switches so I pointed out as many as I could from Mig-21Bis knowledge (There were a number of differences in this one to the Bis but a lot of the basic switchology was the same). Referred them to DCS: Mig-21 to aid them in trying to understand the cockpit. Definitely quite cozy in there. And hard to wipe the grin off the face.
  6. HMAS Sydney from it's open day today in Geelong, Australia. The ship is due to be decommissioned in 2 weeks.
  7. Any chance of doing a skin for one of the RAAF CAC-27 Sabre's? Particularly the one in the link below as it still flies today at the Temora Aviation Museum. A94-983
  8. I knew it was a good idea to wait on the Mi-8 after what happened with the Huey.
  9. Very nice! Although heart breaking when you blatantly see the SFM scripting kick in :(. Bring on the F-15 AFM!!
  10. This morning I visited the DCS web site and my anti-virus started flagging trojans and a variety of other viruses. The website then failed to load the page and it seems one of the viruses got through as when I came back to my computer the screen was flickering and one of those classic fake antiviruses which prevents you from opening explorer or task manager was installed and up on my screen. Cleaned it all out but just thought i'd let you guys know just in case it was the site. (May have just been a delayed virus, but the site was the first one I visited this morning.) Edit: This is the one that I was infected with. http://malwaretips.com/blogs/system-care-antivirus-removal/
  11. Currently doing IT Support to pay for my commercial pilots license so I can move out of the office and into the sky!
  12. If you like Robotech you should do yourself a favor and watch Macross Zero and Macross Plus, excellent side stories of the original japanese Macross Continuity. Another great (if you don't mind a little futuristic/fantasy fighter jet action and a more cerebral story) short show is Yukikaze, where the JASDF actually supplied the creators with the audio from F-15J's and also advised on air combat tactics.
  13. Too bad as soon as I try to manipulate any of the units DCS World stops working >_>
