Hi all,
I could not make the AI firing S-8OM rockets (candle rockets).
Setting alredy tested:
Task: CAS / AFAC
ROE: weapon free (gun 0%, S-8OM x 40)
Start enroute task: search and engage in zone
Perform task: attack group
Enemies group are alive and activated (and firing!)
Can you help me?

Hi,
One thing (probably the only one) i find very annoying in DCS, is the camera FOV decreasing when entering plane.
And no way to skip it...even pressing my default view button doesn't stop it.
Starting cold on deck, it's ok, but starting in the air close to action is very annoying!
Anyway to delete this camera backward mouvment?
I'd like to enter my plane directly with my FOV settings (using PeterP neck mod).

Hi all,
I have two problems:
I have recently installed A-10 (A-10C_release_en_1.2.2.7570_69), fully managed.
After launched a single player mission, I cant' click the box "Choose role" (I can see and move the arrow of the muose, but I can't click any plane), I managet it escaping with ALT+TAB and reentering in the simulator, so I can choose the plane.
The second problem is related at only one mission. Testing the mission before it worked well.
Now, after 222 seconds, DCS crash and the OS communicates the message "DCS has stopped working. There is a problem that prevents the correct operation of the program..."
No track was recorded.
Other missions don't show this problem. Must I lost a lot of hours of work deleting this mission.

I think that it's a bug correction instead, cause in the past even amphibiuos units can't bypass bridges even with the smallest water surfaces.
If you try with larger water surfaces or with non-amphibious unit you will see that bypassing is not possible: but the units instead of "holding there" will find the fastest road route to the last WP and re-route along it.

I had noticed this.
I also experienced off-road.
Therefore the only way to stop the vehicles is a Advanced Waypoint Action?

it's normal that AI bypass the destroyed bridge and crosses the river? (the route is composed by 2 WP, both on road).
Don't think it's too smart?
How can I stop it?

I often put infantry and MANPADs on the top of buildings (like my friends know very well...)
I told: in FC2 it was possible both the chances: inside and on top.
In DCS World only the second one.
I will learn the new way

Hi ED an all,
in FC2 it is possible let the infantry to go inside buildings.
Notice: not puttin it ON the buiding, with the result of seeing it over, but placing it a few metres near the buiding and a waypoint at the building (and wide from view once inside).
I used this to place a "flag" usable in the rules for the triggers for check the integrity of the default buildings of the world designated as target (infantry dead=building destroyed).
In the same way is possible get inside vehicles in hangars o garages.
IN DCS World it's non possible.
It's a bug? It's possible to have again this possibility?
