  1. The issue I reported was specific to LGBs, and was already fixed.
  2. This is very similar to an issue I reported a while back with LGBs having an invisible MFUZ option.
  3. Here's another video of an AVU-8, not sure on the variant (if it makes a difference):
  4. Ensure the cockpit lights switch is set to night mode.
  5. The HAF manual is not applicable to this model. The -1 for the U.S. model only says the airspeed/Mach indicator shows Mach from 0.5 to 2.2, but not the spacing.
  6. It's definitely a problem stemming from the radar. If TGT is being driven by another source (e.g. FLIR, WPDSG) then Harpoons behave normally in R/BL.
  7. On some foreign models, if the IFF is operating in Backup mode, the "IFF" voice message will be played if the aircraft is not replying to valid Mode 4 interrogations. The voice message can be controlled with the MONITOR switch on the AUX COMM panel (AUDIO position = on, OUT position = off).
  8. Did you power on the FCR with the option on the left after setting the MMA to NORM?
  9. HRM OVRD is forced off in A/A Master Mode, this is intentional so the pilot can use HARMs in Self-Protect without switching modes.
  10. In A/A Master Mode, HRM OVRD is automatically unboxed since, as you mentioned, the trigger is reserved for A/A weapons. This is by-design so the pilot can utilize Self-Protect mode without having to switch to A/G Master Mode.
  11. By default, when selecting the GRID option for MGRS coordinate entry for waypoints, the right DDI will initialize the 5x5 Square Identification Grid (SIG) centered on the aircraft's current position. If the REF WP option is boxed, the SIG will be centered on the grid of that waypoint.
  12. AFAIK the VMS lines for 'Jammer' and 'IFF' aren't used on U.S. models during flight, but are still present in the audio test (at least according to the -1). I believe Danish MLUs have the 'Jammer' line active for when their jammer is ready to transmit, but is on standby or receive-only.
  13. Did you make sure to set R/BL for all the Harpoons loaded? Each station can have a different launch mode and program. Otherwise post a track so we can look., could also be related to these:
  14. The model's default animation argument for the fan blades sets them as-if the engine were running (I believe this was the case with the original S-3 model as well). With the aircraft's engines shut down (or at lower RPM), the fan blades are visible.
  15. This isn't a thing in the Hornet. The Sensor Control Switch logic has pre-set commands to invoke specific pages that cannot be changed.
  16. This is working as intended. TWS will automatically assign the highest-ranked trackfile as the L&S (note that this is not a lock like STT, only a designation) unless a different trackfile has been designated as L&S. The NWS/Undesignate button on the stick will step the L&S through all valid trackfiles (this function is also present in RWS with LTWS enabled). The only way for L&S to not be present in TWS is for no valid trackfiles to exist.
  17. Cold start or hot start? If cold start, the helmet needs to be aligned.
  18. If you're referring to the Long-Range Laser Lineup System, it should only be visible at night:
  19. The MK option can only be used to create a mark point of the aircraft's current overfly position, or ownship designated TGT position. You'll have to make your own TGT over your ally's TGT.

    JHMCS logic

If I had to guess, the system is only displaying correlated trackfiles or SURV tracks, and not radar-only trackfiles. I don't know if that's correct or not since all trackfiles should be MSI trackfiles, at least in the context of the Hornet itself (SURV tracks may have different logic). Does the same thing happen if you replace the AWACS with a different kind of donator like another Hornet? To answer one of the earlier questions regarding the priority list, number 1 is highest.

    JHMCS logic

The HMD's default range at which it will display HAFU symbols is 35 miles, you can change it from the MIDS SETUP submenu of the HMD page in the lower-right corner.
  22. There was more in-depth discussion in the linked thread, you can find out more there.
