Just for test rename your ......\Saved Games\DCS(openbeta) in DCS(openbeta)_old (like this you loose nothing: liveries, inputs, mods .....) and launch the game, see if NS430 comes back in options, if yes problem is in Saved Games

In "Controls" you must have "GNS430" but strange you have not it in "Special"

Log is in Saved Games, you can use this to remove module requirement (mods) in mission https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3322208/ May be after you can open your mission without crash

In OvGME, just click on "New" and choose Saved Games as target, the folder where the mods are stored remains the same. You will just have to choose if it is DCS or Saved Games where the mod should be installed.

Does OvGME install it in your Saved Games directory ? (........\Saved Games\DCS version\Mods\aircraft). OvGME can install in DCS core or Saved Games, you have to create the good way

Terrain textures mod doesn't go in Saved Games, it goes in DCS core, so you have to make OvGME install it at the right place (it's easy to do)

Upuaut made this long time ago but, for me, link doesn't work, may be you'll have more luck. I have it but it's part of mod.
