Yeah got the same a few days ago. Not sure since DCS went to stable 2.7.1? Sometimes it will say listening suspended multiple times as well. Tried the usual i.e. settings the Custom DCS Path, removing and re-installing. Tried this as well -->

I had a query about a delivery issue for my throttle handles and they got back to me within an hour (they are pretty close to my timezone though). Sorry should add its a Fedex issue not a WinWing issue, Fedex are trying to find it in one of 3 countries it might be in.
