  1. I just did a F18C Instant Action free flight over Marianas using the waypoints at 530 kt ATC and about 500 - 140 alt. and it showed CPU bound rendering thread also. I start the game with a shortcut to the MT exe and on the bottom of main screen its confirmed as the MT version. FPS 180 at sea and it never went over that like its the max. Refresh Rate is 170 hmm. Crossing the coast it dips to about 130 and then recovers to 135-170 and on occasion 180. Really low over terrain or towns i did see it dip to 124 every now and then. Also to me the flight controls seem smoother and its a blast at low alt. Got m8's with DCS VR who i hope get some joy soon also.. Win10, 34" IPS 2560x1440, 170 Refresh Rate, i7-13700KF @ 5.4 , 64 GB ram, RTX4090, DP 1.4a, TrackIR 5, HT is on in BIOS, HOTAS and Pedals.
  2. Id be interested in a printed manual and if not ill try and do one from the digital copy but id rather just pay for it. My main concern is the manual in any form should be comprehensive and updated as the need arises.
  3. Years ago I tried a woofer under my flight chair but it was no match for bass generators which were originally designed for boom boom car stereo setups but then spread to home theatre setups and sims. Originally pretty expensive but I think you can still buy the Aura's a lot cheaper now and theres also Buttkicker setup but I have no experience with that setup. I tune mine via a home amp that powers them. AuraSound AST-2B-4 Pro Bass Shaker Tactile Transducer
  4. This is the one as I walk back into the room. Ta
  5. Starting right engine, R-Cntr Home. Bass generator's attached to flight chair on the left and right. Soz if I'm wrong for posting here but i think immersion is important and what you hear should be felt in certain situations.

  7. Kuky youre a legend in my world m8, thanks for sharing your TM MFD mod with me as its the only way i could get this done.. :D One of the pics is a fraps screenie and shows the extended desktop  ...make sure you leave the setting in options on MFCD's as its selects the main screen + MFCD's.
  8. Well done, thanks :) the graphic startups are a huge help but then i want to progress to getting things done as quick as someone can read it.
  9. Thanks for the great info on doing TM mfd's and just like to add that using electrical 15mm cable clamps with screws from the front worked out to be a great way of bracing the lcd's against the facia panel. Onto the next bit :joystick:
  10. I got it ok Conure but it took a while and thanks for the guide bavella1 :) ta
  11. Mines s/n 01756 and was bought seperate to the stick in those days. Been a great stick thats outseen many game pc's but finnally needed a U2nxt gimbal and Cubby hall sensor upgrade. I suggest checking inside on a standard stick and throttle to make sure the pots are orientated true and straight to the axis theyre on and thier cleanliness like having no grease on them.
  12. Bought these YN8088AV as used by Kuky in his steup but dont know if theyre cheapest. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.m748&item=130461224088&viewitem=&_trkparms=clkid%3D5422505792601366173
