Hi Guys, I am trying to program my warthog but every time I ran a script I got the below. The joystick works fine when not using script. Any ideas? Thanks for your help. Yes, there's firmware update for the Cougar. Go to thrustmaster folder under program and you should see that option.

Are you talking about updating the firmware? I did update the firmware to the latest but I will try your suggestion when I get home tonight. Thanks.

Every time I plugged in my Cougar, the computer went "crazy." If clicked on a folder, multiple folders would open. Unplugging it would return everything back to normal. Running the sim is impossible because the sim would load but becomes unresponsive to input. If I was able to plug the Cougar in without any problem, the sim would become unresponsive to control input sooner or later in the mission. Thanks for your help in advance.

Just got myself a Acer touchscreen coupled with Helios and the sim becomes so much enjoyable now. I would recommend getting a big touchscreen monitor. Looks much nicer and fits a lot on there.

I agree that TIR would be supplemental. What's the difference between TIR 4 and 5? Thanks.

@Loz Thanks for your input, Loz. I want similar set-up like yours and I notice you have crossfired? If so, do you find it beneficial. I read some of the posts here saying that it's not really worth it. Also, how do you like your touchscreen. I have been thinking of getting an Acer. Thanks.

Hi guys, I have been thinking of getting two more monitors (3 total) and a touch screen monitor for A10-C. My question is: Is trackIR necessary? I really like the idea of using MS Kinect in place of trackir. I know that's not possible at the moment but I don't want to spend $160 (tir 5) for something that likely to be replaced by something better. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks.

I gave up on this. A brilliant idea, nevertheless. Freetrack is good but at the moment is not supported for x64.:(

Those who got this working, how did you calibrate it? I don't see ppjoy in control panel at all. I got everything set up correctly except the axis.
