  1. SLI and DCS The Problem: The current profile in nVidia Drivers for DCS.exe is from April 23, 2009. Wish Eagle Dynamics and nVidia would work together to get that sorted out. That means, the driver is looking for a DX9 version of DCS.exe 1.5, 2.2 and, upcoming 2.5 are DX11 DCS.exe Solution All you have to do is use nVidia Profile Inspector and make the profile look for a DX11 DCS.exe If you want help PM me since this will be going off topic of "1.5.8 and 2.2.0 to 2.5 transition" Will give you the profile I use. Happy Simming, Monnie
  2. Hello Everyone, I am waiting. Reason: Once those features are confirmed, implemented and, working correctly, that is the Hornet I will gladly pay for. Could be weeks, months, years. Also, no mention of what DRM the F/A-18C will have I have been waiting since Jane's F-18 (1999), I can wait longer while enjoying a full featured A-10C Happy Simming, Monnie
  3. Conflicting Answers  So which is it? 1) Doesn't use all 2) Use all? Happy Simming, Monnie

  8. Nobody is trying to steal your investment... again. Doesn't take a locksmith to unlock that secret. No where in my post I implied ED is "Stealing" anything. I said protect. One synonym for protect would be, preserve. Myself and others have voiced wanting to "Preserve" the amount of Offline play possible hence the poll. Happy Simming, Monnie
  9. cthulhu68, Thank you for the quick response. Happy Simming, Monnie
  10. Hello Everyone, Does the Normandy 1944 map have winter textures with snow on the terrain? Happy Simming, Monnie
  11. Gladman, Titanx superclocked Doubled Rates 99% usage in each card. Must use nVidia Profile Inspector. Comes with some drawbacks as ED has not fully implemented Multi-gpu Check this post. SLI and 2.1 and Deferred Shading Happy Simming, Monnie
  12. Consumers in this thread / poll are not doing anything that any other consumer is doing to protect their investment. And they shouldn't be shamed for that either. As stated before, if all DLC for DCSW that is available on Steam, was purchased today at the Steam Store, that would be $1,224.57 USD. Reference: Steam Store DCSW Happy Simming, Monnie
  13. Hello All, To really make SLI work in DCS 1.5 or 2.1, you need nVidia Profile Inspector. The current profile for DCS.exe from nVidia is for DX9 and dated April 23, 2009 :megalol: If you need any help, let me know. I will be glad to help. Happy Simming, Monnie
  14. A pilot you come in contact with during duty hours.
  15. I generated this poll in which you voted. Did you see my post here in this thread? Conditions and Proposal Happy Simming, Monnie
  16. Snoopy, Thank you so much for taking the time to read through it. You are a great help to the community. I would think a real hog driver, a USAF / Marines Commissioned Officer with flight hours in a A-10C would be a SME to say the least. Happy Simming, Monnie
  17. Still unshown on the Harrier AV-8B Night Attack S/VTOL Pre-sales Announcement. DCS: AV-8B Night Attack S/VTOL Released! Still unshown on the Harrier AV-8B Night Attack S/VTOL Product page in the e-shop Minimal System Requirements. Only mention of "requires internet activation." DCS: AV-8B Night Attack V/STOL by RAZBAM Still unshown in the change log of Update DCS 1.5.8.12162 nor Update 2017-12-01 DCS 1.5.8.12265 Hotfix 1. Change log Update DCS 1.5.8.12162 and Update 2017-12-01 DCS 1.5.8.12265 Hotfix 1. If A customer purchased, either pre-purchase or after the release, did not visit the forums, they would have no idea of the change in DRM when agreeing to the terms of sale. Happy Simming, Monnie
  18. I dont have a direct link, but they publish Survey and Poll results all the time. Google. Skate, If one is making a statement as irrefutable, one must back that up with data and details. If not, it becomes just an opinion. Happy Simming, Monnie
  19. Skate, Can you link me that poll you are referring to? Since we are talking about Steam. Today if one were to purchase ALL DCSW DLC available on Steam, the total would be $1,224.57 USD Happy Simming, Monnie
  20. Snoopy, Would you be able to just ask a hog driver if the course knob ( say set to 90° off) affects / effects the ILS? Would that information if answered be able to be forwarded? Happy Simming, Monnie
  21. Gospadin, Any update on if you brought this to the attention of the appropriate tester? Has that person initiated a internal report? Do we need to give any additional information to expedite this? Happy Simming, Monnie
  22. Points From Russian Forum on New Protection System Thread Hello Everyone, Been reading through the Russian section of the forums. There is a similar thread about the new DRM. Russian Thread On New DRM Protection System I could not find any post(s) from Offical ED Personnel stating the "First" and/ or "Primary Goal" purpose of the new DRM is to combat piracy/fraud. A few points I have gathered from the posts of Official ED Personnel. USSR_Rik and Chizh. Loosely translated by Google Translate for convenience : On this occasion, I can quote the message of a colleague in an internal ED chat: Here we mean a set of works on the new activation / protection system and on the recent technical work on the site. The online flight book and the pilot's glacier are the first that comes to mind. Happy Simming, Monnie
  23. Sounds good Sir, I agree Happy Simming, Monnie
  24. I respect your opinion. we both agree to: A person's personal opinion is Their prerogative. Because, something we agreed upon: A person's personal opinion is Their prerogative. It is my opinion. If we agree on something. What is good for you, is just as equally good for me or others, as we all are equal voices. Unless there is some form of discrimination going on. Happy Simming, Monnie
  25. A person's personal opinion is Their prerogative. What a person does on Their vacation is their prerogative. In no way shape or form, a person's personal opinion should dictate what another person should or should not do on Their vacation. Maybe to some ethics to ponder. Does "Joe Blo" any more or less consumer rights than any other consumer? Would that be a form of discrimination? Happy Simming, Monnie
