  1. Count me in for the Mi-8MTV2 Magnificent Eight please
  2. Hey Demon? What are you using to create the label panels? They look good.
  3. It may be nothing, but the default install for the cyclic had a curve defined. Might it be this curve is getting reintroduced by the complete uninstall/reinstall process that is changing the control dynamics? I know I deleted this user curve shortly after I installed the game. Yea I know.... I'm beating a dead horse here, but it may explain a lot.
  4. Sounds like I need to loosen up the friction a bit then. It takes about 25 - 35 pounds to move it at all. Good for bicep workout, but bad for long flights.
  5. Hey, for some of the real time helicopter pilots out there..... I recently installed a collective control in my sim pit for the Huey. It takes a fair amount of pressure to lift and depress the rod. What is considered "normal" resistance for the real collective for the Huey?
  6. Same here. I could never get the application to be stable for more than a couple of minutes. My TrackIR with the Pro Clip is solid as a rock. Can't recommend it enough
  7. I had the same problem with the view going crazy. (Using the TrackClip Pro) When I used the camera view I saw that my glasses were reflecting the monitor screen image back to the camera lens every once in a while. I turned up the LED intensity and turned down my monitor brightness a little. That fixed my problem.
  8. Yep, I have the Saitek Combat pedals. The pedal attachments on mine are made of metal. From what I saw on one of the other posts here the internals are the same between the pro and the combat versions. Just the pedal types are different.
  9. started this last weekend assembling mine. Unfortunately they gave me two left hand stands for the rear of the cockpit. Mine was ordered through performance PC in Washington state USA. They are going to overnight me the correct part. I have pics, but I will need to set my PC back up once the Obutto is totally up and running. Shipping was around 120 US dollars. Recommendations: Plan on spending a few hours assembling the kit. There are a lot of pieces and bolts. It has alot of adjustable features also. It will take some time to find the "sweet spot" where you are happy with it. Have a can of black flat spray paint for touch ups. I had a few parts with some surface rust on them.

  11. Hi JaBoG32 Prinzartus It was delivered yesterday so my wife tells me. I had ordered the triple monitor and the flight stick mount attachements too. When the Fed Ex truck showed up he dropped off four boxes in all. I will be off this next Monday to Wednesday so I will have time to assemble it all then. I'll update more once it's together.
  12. If I remember correctly this may be what you are asking about. At least give it a look. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=54051
  13. That's good to know Cichlidfan. That was the model I was checking out!
  14. Anyone curious about the Obutto Revolution gaming rig? I have one being delivered on Sept 14th. :D
  15. Hey I just wanted to thank everyone for their input so far. After some reviewing of the recommendations I will probably go with a nice pair of Sennheisers. I have used them in the past for audio mixing and was very pleased with the way they fit. Very comfortable and sounded killer.
