  7. For the initial training yes, everyone is expected to show up once per week at a minimum. This is so we can get you trained up, and also weed out folks that cannot commit. Our class structure is very organized and very intensive and playing catch-up is not an option. However, real life happens, obviously. We do attempt to work around such things, we've never removed a person for not showing up if life happens to get in the way of fun, but we have moved them to the next class while their classmates move on.. Some folks leave us if that happens and we understand that too. No one is expected every week once they make it through training. Our attendance policy for members is that everyone must attend something twice per month, whether that be squadron training, or campaign missions etc. We have things going on sometimes 3 or 4 days out of the week. Obviously it would be awesome if everyone showed up all the time, but thats not the way life works. We arent paying you, likewise you are not paying us so we ask that everyone be honest about their commitment and if they cannot make an event then they are to check out of it. Make sense? Also as of right now I believe our current class of F14s is full, but feel free to put your app in anyway, spots open from time to time

  12. The meatball was shifted as well, looks like all of the lights were.
  13. Hey! I really love your script, most excellent! The only problem I'm having with it is that an SA-15 for point defense does not pre-deploy to be ready to shoot. Is it possible to fix that or are there any workarounds? I use the setup before activation command but it seems to make no difference. Thanks! Edit: found a workaround. Just set the state to RED at the beginning of the mission and they unfold and are ready at the start.
  14. Hey there! Currently, we are recruiting for the USAF side of our operation. On the USN side, we're evaluating when the next class for CVW-11 will be starting. We keep all applications that come in for the next class so stay tuned and when we start the next class we'll be e-mailing all of our applicants for the Navy side. RIO's are very valuable to the Tomcat community so we'll definitely let you know when we're ready for the next push! Probably within the next 30 days or so if I had to guess. I still need to get with my staff.
  15. Hey there Gentoo, check out our post here and drop an application. 1 69th FW part of US Atlantic Command is built on a lot of former Falcon 4 and BMS dudes. We're milsim and proud of it! https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=268750

  17. This has definitely sped up by quite a lot since 2.5.6 Used to you could create a shelling zone with a thousand shells for example, and it would last for ten minutes or so. Now they're all spent within two. Really hurts its useability.

We have no check rides or proficiency requirements for entry, we will teach you. The caveat to this is that it creates a lot of work for our instructors and staff.
