  3. Flying around at low air speeds I get indications on the IAS gauge under 40 knots, weather its rotor downwash or actual ram air going through the pitot system, it can be held at airspeeds under 40 knots.

You can still see city lights if you in a populated area or stars or the moon. But when you are flying in fog or snow and you cant see a mile if front of the windscreen, and you have to use your instruments and hud to give you attitude and altitude indications, then your considered in IFR conditions. As for the question, what Riboyster said is what works for me. I turn my gain all the way down till its blurry and then add 1 increase key press, and turn the brightness all the way down on my MFCD's and HUD color to night and also lower the intensity of that and I usually don't touch it for the rest of the flight time. I found that I can read and distinguish everything displayed on the TAD and TGP as long as the FLIR is in Black Hot Mode. White is just too bright there is nothing you can do about it, but look at it with your NVG's off. Hope this helps.

  10. Im not sure why it didnt make sense to you. I was just stating that the squadrons that you can choose from in your logbook in DCS A-10 are not A-10 squadrons.

  12. All of the squadrons in the logbook that you can chose from are either active and deactivated F-15 squadrons or recently deactivated F-15 squadrons that now fly the F-22, or in the case of the 58th which trains and fly's the F-35, and the 59th which is a test squadron at Nellis AFB
  13. It will remain the same if you do not move SPI from the waypoint. Also are you doing a TMS Forward Long Or TMS Forward Short?
  14. I watched your track, I could be wrong, but are you setting the target your locking on to with the TGP as your Sensor Point of Interest with TMS Forward Long? I know back when I was having problems with LGB's that was the ticket for me. Hope it helps
  15. Its a issue with the engines. You either have to wait till the temperatures of your engines on the ITT gauges read below 150 Degrees C. either by waiting it out or buy motoring the engines to cool them off.
  16. You have to be parked at the base and you need to shut your engines down and wait 3 minutes, and your ACFT will be repaired. Restart your engines and get back to work. :) EDIT: SNIPED!!
  17. Maybe the boom operator thought it was kill or be killed. He might have seen the fire in my eyes from the frustration.:furious: :gun_rifle:
  18. This is my screenshots from a failed refueling attempt, I took the boom to the canopy pretty hard and it killed my pilot, this was in Beta 4.
