Bought NTTR map in day one. Awesome for my role play training missions before deployment. I love the NTTR map despite lacking a mid-life resfresh/update. -

I had the same error in past weeks. Deleted the Supercarrier from my missions and added again, from fresh (clean deck), then i started to add my statics as usually and then at some point the mission won´t past from "Sim PostSart". Yesterday what worked for me (after check my DCS log file) was to move, or, delete 2 static object mods (Navy heli with folded tail, is just a static object) because i noticed the statics were coliding with the Island of the carrier and the DCS log error message that i get was about collision damage model. After i moved the statics so they won´t overlap another static or the carrier island tower the mission starts without any issue. So, my guess is that some static object is overlaping another static or wall. In my case was easier to solve because i create my own missions and i checked my statics one by one, in your case might be more difficult because you use paid campaigns and i don´t know if you´re allowed to edit them in ME, of, if you know how to use the Missin Editor. Even if you don´t use mods one the DCS core static objects might be the culprit, to find which one is the problem. Try to check your last lines of DCS log.

If you use OVgme you don´t loose any core files (with a click you can enable/disable the Barthek terrain mod textures).

If there´s training missions for the Superbug mod yes. It won´t show up because there´s no training missions made for the Mod. You can create them in ME (Mission Editor).

Militariy Aircraft Mod

Any aircraft in specific or doesn´t show any aircraft at all? i´m asking this because i´m still using the mod with no issues, at least with the aircraft i use most (C-2, P-3, C-5). -

That´s the issue that i posted and known by ED in the previous patch notes. Salute command was not working. With yesterday update is fixed as stated in patch notes. -

Yes. I´m not at home right now to check but i think it´s in Gameplay tab or MISC. tab in DCS options menu. -

It´s on the patch notes of the last update: " The salute command doesn't work when using option Afterburner detent." And i think it´s not yet fixed. -
The world scale in VR seem to be wrong since last stable version

I use the Valve Index and on SteamVR i have this option: "Enforce World Scale" set to 120 (and IPD in DCS set to 56), try to search for something similar in your Oculus software (i don´t know if Oculus have it but it´s worth a try). -

I´m all into options for every type of flying. We just need an option to enable/disable it and i believe by using this feature of 2.9 as foundation as already said by Tippis, in the future it will be possible to disable/enable it so we all can adjust the sim to our liking. Personally i dislike it. I hate to use those dots/spots (autoexec option does not work) but i´m glad it´s available for others. (VR user)

As the title says. Like with the helis, would be a neat feature. PS: and the ability to stow/unstow the boarding ladder via ground crew radio comms in the Hornet. Regards, F.

Note: This sugestion is meant for F2 view and similar. I think it will add realism if the outside views sounds be like we were on deck with a digital camera capturing image and sound. This could be achieved with filters but it´s just a wild guess i just focused on the idea itself. The sounds could be like the video linked, with poor sound, or, static/noise. I think it could work very well especially when in VR doing my walkaround or just exploring the deck. The existing sounds are on point i just think they could use some filters to take the realism to the next level. Cheers. F.

No issues here. The only change i´m aware of is the need to open the lua files with notepad++ with Run as administrator. Worth mention that is the View.Lua on Config Folder in your core installation folder and not in savedgames/DCS folder.
