  1. Before we need new features, we need some of the present systems finished. That way one could learn them and have that item on the syllabus checked instead of constantly having to come back for changes or feature adds. At least my style of learning / training would benefit from a feature complete system/weapon-module-introduction.
  2. Weight? Drag? Temperature? Windspeed? Wind Direction? TakeOff Direction?
  3. Don't know whether the manual is not updated according to the aircraft or the setting in-game is currently off? p.58 "Weapon Select Switch: AIM-9: 4 bar 90° 10 nm AIM-120(B): 4 bar 140° 80 nm (160 nm ©)" In game I get: AIM-9: 4 bar 80° 40 nm AIM-120(B): 2 bar 140° 40 nm
  4. Don't bother with weapon-systems unless you have a 60+ points avarage in Banklers Case 1 Trainer (I'm currently stuck around 50-55 points on avarage). Good thing is you don't have to whine about missing systems and weapons all the time but instead continue to learn to fly your aircraft properly. :smartass::music_whistling::D
  5. I also wondered whether I'm doing something wrong...
  6. Don't know whether this has been asked already but: Is there something like a logfile collecting your results??
  7. But the declutter-button removes other content. Not the EW stuff.
  8. I was wondering the other way around. Having all the symbols overlap altitude or speed while setting up a dive-bomb run I wondered how to get rid of them without turning the whole EW suite off. Guess this answers it...
  9. In case of a Bolter (Case I recovery) will the aircraft fully remain in the landing configuration (Flaps full, gear & hook down) or will it get cleaned up for the climb to 600 ft and re-established on the downwind-turn?
  10. Would you mind adding Liwa AB maybe?
  11. What Harker said. Also don't step on it too fast but increase the throw slowly. For the tightest radius you'll need to use momentum instead of thrust as that would push you straigt ahead. This means you'll not be able to make endless circles with max. NWS throw. Going in the opposite direction could be a result of wind after having come to a full stop (environmental + carrier speed).
  12. Yeah, for the F-18 but not for the A-10C. ;)
  13. No, the function in the A-10 works differently. You can enter a desired min. alt and get a cue in the HUD for it. When you follow a Z-diagram for your bomb run and have the min-alt entered, it will indicate how to set your dive angle so you release the bomb(s) at the desired altitude. Doesn't remember the details so well though since I didn't fly the A-10 for quite a while
  14. Hey there, just wanted to ask whether the CCIP-Mode of the Hornet is feature-complete as is? The A-10 has that nice MIN ALT setting available for the dumb bomb configuration profile and I wondered whether the Hornet has it too (and waits for it to be done) or not. The bar mentioned in Wags video kinda works similar but I wonder where it takes its data from (it was frag alt or something if I remember correct). Is it hard coded or modyfiable?
  15. Any chance this will be adressed anytime soon?
  16. The radio trigger doesn't work via the clickable radios in pit. They appear as selectable radio messages in the #-radio menu. Or do I understand you guys wrong?
  17. I guess he's asking for the AI air defences capability of networking together while engaging targets. Like TOR remains Radar off till launch while another radar station is providing the radar picture to the TOR (example).
  18. You can HEAR everything on each frequency (and device) you've tuned in (and turned on). Now, and before. You can TALK on the device you selected by the mic-switch. Now and before. If it's been different for you in the past, something might have been wrong??
  19. BUT: The 6950 are 50 and not 70 for some reason. + A little more performance - Higher probability of graphic errors (due to the gpu failing the tests to become a 70) - Higher temperatures -> more noise by the cooling vents I chose to run it as it is, because I hate PCs that are louder than my AC! ;)
