Same bug here. I have got synchronize with HOTAS option on, and started mission with all levers fully back position. No result

Yes, it's the same bug. I have never had this problem before. I flew the viggen at high altitude just two days ago.

I have noticed that the afterburner turns off above 13k meters. Returning below 13k meters it comes back (all three lights on) but it does not give thrust at all.
