I dont fly the hind. I own it, but not yet flown it. If someone else wants it, and its capable.. Then sure lets have it.. On the store page, theres nothing about which year its supposed to be, so even if it came out and a week after launch that the manufacturer decided to upgrade it and add an NVG compatible cockpit, then we should too. The links ive previously provided prove that this hind can operate with them. If youd like to stop NVG's on the Hind, or even HARMs on F16, argue with ED. Not the customers that would like the option 'for' capabilities. Send a message to support, start a petition, go for a sponsored walk if you have to. But sitting in a chair and arguing on a forum -over a capability, isnt going to change the mind of those that want it.

I agree, which is what Ive been saying from the start. Hence why NVG should be added, as its been used in the real life counterpart. I dont call it a game, DCS does.. But as youre lacking the understanding of why.. Allow me to point it out for you.. Be as condescending as you wish. Its not going to change the game..

I prefer grim reaper videos because my time is more valuable than to sit there and study a book built around a game. I value my time at a rate which is important and while I’ve donated my own time to this community, I’ve reached a point where there are no longer returns. Spending 5 minutes watching someone do something in this game, is far more valuable than spending more time reading the manual. without this understanding we’d have no twitch, YouTube or even promo videos, but if you aren’t the sort of person that watches these videos then I guess there’s no point in me explaining the basic principles of why you are here. How else are DCS supposed to bring the money in? Manuals? Who uses manuals? I just watch grim reapers videos, no point wasting my time reading manuals.. So, youre quite a bit off topic here, are you for or against the NVG?

Trust me, I’ve tried telling everyone. Thats how I know ‘people’ don’t think it’s important when compared to the bugs. And while I agree with what you are saying.. It’s only gonna fall on deaf ears. Unless you are in a place of power (a YouTube channel with a lot of followers) or you quite literally ‘scream it from the mountains’ (see the storm of war boycott), nothing is going to change. And if you do ‘scream it from the mountains’ you’ll probably get a stern smack on the wrists and ignored.

Back in the day we had a pretty cool Rating System, but it was abused by a user then deleted. Now you have to cross/ search ie FA18> Campaign> Popularity. Then gauge that which attracts you to it.. Or you can use the search engine, and find the mission you want via serach terms, hoping the mission builder has entered the correct tags.. We already got an overhaul with the new forum..

At the end of the day, no one really thinks its that important, I mean compare it to the other famous issue we all have with the Dora. Then all the issues with the Anton we have. Despite my issues with some of the modules, I still prepurchased the Hind (which ive never really played because its not supported for me yet), and the Mosquito (Even though the Moquito will be barred from Storm of War on launch). Ed know theyre gonna get enough cash from those that want the modules so youd be probably best using someone elses skin, wiping it, and starting a fresh from there. Or using the template mentioned above. Suggesting that you 'may be a little more careful how you spend your cash next time' will just fall on deaf ears. And we all know that everyone still pre purchases in EA. Everyone who's bought from DCS knows its cheaper to buy from EA or Sales, So you either get 30% off upfront and wait, or wait 2 years and get 50% off.. with the same bugs (see the Yak). Doesnt seem much point in waiting for 2 years just to get an extra $10 off a module.

No you probably dont call the TADS the MTADS as the TADS is a completely different system (remember its the old Legacy system). Instead of having me explain it to you maybe let Chief Warrant Officer 5 (thats the fifth, and highest, Warrant Officer rank in the Unites States Army) Ken Jones give you his insight into what he calls the sensor.. I mean you have both the Manufacturer, and a CW5 giving you 'what they call the MTADS.' Maybe.. Just Maybe, theyre wrong?

Hmm just looked up the word 'Simulation' and 'Game', A game 'an activity that one engages in for amusement or fun. Whereas 'a simulation represents the evolution of a model over time.' Just how much time should i wait until we see this 'activity that i engage in for fun' evolve over time? If peeps want nightvision, let them ask.. whats the harm? I want the Yak to be finished, The Dora's engine to last more than 5 minutes on a server, and Storm of War to allow the Mosquito into the server upon launch.. We are all allowed to dream..

Generally I refer to the M-TADS as MTADS.. But you do you.. From a variable source of Apache videos on YouTube, I’d agree that the Dispersion needs work. Which is ok, because it’s in EA.

So- If youre on a cargo drop, going in behind enemy lines, and have to drop a crate, Normally, youll drop a crate right in front of you, drop your troops. If you by any small chance push F10, a barrage of rockets will randomly be launched, destroying everything in front of you (said crate).

Please, please, please- Provide at least one british skin.. Its only a tiny roundel and the word army.. Its low hanging fruit..
