really great to hear all the feedback. I am thinking that a GPU upgrade is probably the best thing here. Alienware have made it easy to access and i have seen various Youtube video detailing the process. If i stick with the CPU i currently have, would that be a good match for the GPU GTX970m? I don't want the GPU to outperform the CPU by such a distance that getting a lower model would be more efficient.?? Hi all, Please can i seek your thoughts about the specification of my laptop and whether i should look to upgrade or think a new system. Currently I am running an Alienware M15x from 2011. i7 - 840QM @1.87ghz Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1333Mhz RAM Nvidia GTX460M My thoughts are that the graphics card is a bit dated now, and considering replacing with a GTX 970m. i've had a look at that laptop and its really quite ugly in my opinion, i know trhe specs are a whole lot better but i dont think i could deal with the looks.

Hi guys/ladies, Ive recently come into a sum of money and have been considering whether to buy a laptop. I've been looking at the Macbook pro and im very tempted to part with the money. just a few things id like cleared up, - If i buy one today is it going to be outdated buy a new mac tomorrow - Are they worth switching from xp? - General thoughts? Hey folks, i have basic knowledge of creating one. but im trying to do something a little advanced in my eyes. Basically i have a Server and my computer. I have a folder called Pics on the computer which is updated every week with new pics, which i organise by putting them into weekly folders eg: C:\pics\01-11-07\ then pictures \08-11-07\ then pictures Etc... what i want to create is a batch file which will look in the pics folder for any new file then copy any new files to a folder on the server. i know i could you the briefcase option but this copys the structure aswell, where as i just the new files copied. anyone help? many thanks rekoal

hey guys/ladies, I am currently doing an A-level in ICT and we've just started access. i have a big idea and have already started it but i am stuck and dont know how to continue it, so i am wondering if anyone can help me out? Basicalyy i have chosen to replica a Motorbike shop with a parts deparment, in this parts deparment we have 4 suppliers, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki. I am trying to create an orders form, which you can select the supplier which will bring up different part serials. The relationships view helps demostrate what im trying to achieve: What im stuck on is this: this is what i want to happen, i want a drop down box, with all the suppliers in and then that to cause in the Parts serial to display all of the Serials. i have 4 Serials in a table for it to be looked up in, displayed here: this is the same for each different supplier. Then a save button, so later on i can create a form to say completed, in progress. if you need me to explain any further please just say many thanks rekoal

hey guys after watching glowing amarrams video on BS. i noticed in one of the shots the the helicopter had no pilot in, so i am gonna ask is it going to be possible for the pilot to get in and out? and do external flight checks before taking off? many thanks rekoal
