Well, for now two are in the pipeline and closing on release. I'll have to cast my vote for the P-38! Hopefully the Typhoon and Tempest are close on her heels!:music_whistling:

Out of all those options, I chose the B-17... but a Lancaster would make my day

Should be a Bomber B17 we could form more proper multiplayer mission, the Fighter for this still now present.

They should drop the Tiffy and do the Tempest instead.

Vote for the Spitfire.

Why not just have both?

As far as projects that have been mentioned I'm very interested in the Hawker Sea Fury.

For purely hypothetical, the F-104 Starfighter would be a real challenge.

From the poll, P-47. I need to feel good about myself and parking next to a jug in a P-51 accomplishes that.

In WW2?

Sea Fury is a bit late for that conflict! ;)

Anything with a tailhook on it for me!! Of course, that assumes there is ansuitable carrier with which to fly off of.

Yeah, I kind of missed what sub forum we were in and went off the title on my own little tangent.

The P-47 gets my vote since it is the spiritual predecessor to the A-10 and deserves a place in DCS just for that IMO. Besides, it's hard not to love the Jug.

Oh, come on! The P-47 was way above being a dedicated ground-pounder that couldn't find its own empennage in a dogfight. : )
