  1. From what I´ve seen online, it appears to be a very cool, immersive feature. I´d love to play MP like this. I have set up my own dedicated server for voice comms. However, I have already spent hours of my own and other people´s time in order to get it to work, without success. At this point I am quite frustrated, since it is not a new feature, and I´m starting to wonder if this is gonna be the whole replay story all over again...
  2. Hi dear community, please move this post or refer me to the correct thread if necessary. Our problem is the following: - No voice audio when transmitting in DCS, this happens on both ends (me & a buddy) - This was testet on 2 different PCs on my end with different peripherals, plus a friend's PC, on my own dedicated server as well as public servers; both me and my buddy have the exact same problem - Both client aircraft (F-5) were running, we tested on different frequencies and could see each other transmitting, turning the little box green / red; you can also hear the radio "click sound" when somebody transmits - All options and keybinds within DCS (including the dedicated server) were veryfied, following tutorials i could find here, on reddit or on YT; mic test worked fine on both ends - All ports have been opened for the dedicated server - No other apps were running that might access mic or headphones; windows shows DCS accessing the mic during the session - Other people wrote in the chat window that they could hear me, but nothing was heard back - WIn11 OS, drivers, DCS etc. are all current Everything seems to be working fine, but no voice transmissions from others can be heard on either client. I can provide screenshots and more detailed info for most of those points if required. We have been tinkering with this for quite a while now, but without success. If someone could provide any help at all, that would be very much appreciated.
  4. +1 (with the F-18) @ Mount Pleassant (happens only when looking in a certain direction). It´s the most extreme example of this bug I have experienced so far, completely blacking out the screen at most times when it occurs.
  5. It has been broken for 10 years now. Just forget it
  6. VR! Made the transition with the F***ulus CV1 and never went back, with the exception of mission building etc. One does develop VR-legs over time. At first I couldn‘t stand it for more than 15-30 minutes and was left somewhat disorientd afterwards, but now 2hr+ sessions are no real problem. Using a HP Reverb G1. Racing games are a different thing for me though, very demanding
  7. Following this line of argument, freedom of movement for TIR should be massively limited, because it´s much harder scanning your rear quadrant with VR goggles. You siad it yourself - it needs to be optional and I think it´s not worth the effort. There are more important problems or features for DCS.
