  1. Thanks for the replies guys. And thanks Vullcan for your suggestion / instructions. I will give this a go for sure.
  2. Hi Folks Long time lurker, first-time poster. I'm getting back into simming after a long break. I've been a long term Thrustmaster user for years and my last set up was the cougar that I parted ways with a couple of years back. I decided to see what else is out there and discovered Winwing. Loved the look of the stick and thought that the Warthog (which was my logical choice) was getting long in the tusk and prob better out there. Long story short - dropped the hammer on a Libra and it's promptly arrived here in Aussie land. I don't have the ability to run a dedicated setup and I need to tear down my sim set up to do work after each use. Hence I was deterred by the cumbersome looking mounts offered by Winwing for Libra and Taurus setups and ordered the base plate for desktop use. On the desk it's a little tall I have to admit. First impressions was the spring was way to tight. I've swapped that out to a #4 and it seems ok perhaps still a little stiff for desktop use as the mount wants to move. My two issues are: 1) Gun trigger. While the first indent requires 'ok' pressure to hit. The second indent is clunky / notchy and certainly not what I call smooth to operate. It feels like it needs too much pressure to use. Is that just me or perhaps a defect? Should I just focus on using the first stage? 2) Cams. My stick only came with the S cams, which is fine. However, despite me adjusting (following the you tube video and paper instructions) I cant seem to get a happy place for centre stick movement. There seems to be a fair amount of 'slop' in the centre I cant dial out. Most noticeable when rolling left or right and pitching through centre. Not smooth at all for me. To be honest I'm a little disappointed with the purchase for the money. But I'm willing to tune it to get right. I dont have a solution for throttle (and I know how awesome WW is for that) as my desk is a corner desk. I have ordered a Monstertec desk mount for the stick which hopefully will solve some of the height issue on the desk and fix it in place. Part of me is thinking maybe the warthog was the better option for my desk set up. Love to hear any suggestions or input. Thanks Tiger
