  1. So, for who wants to know how this story ended : had to send the GPU back for RMA. ASUS replaced the fans. Managed to monitor the temps through the GPU TWEAK III program. It showed normal behaviour until it reached 70°C. Then the fans rpm-graph showed a saw-tooth profile ranging between 0 and max RPM, and after a while it would remain at 0 rpm permanently.
  2. Okay, seems this 3DMark only is available through Steam, which I don't have installed. Any other tools recommended ?
  3. Hi, I'm looking for a tool to test my GPU. Lately I've had my fans stop halfway through a mission. In my temperature monitoring is see the fan-speed-% indicactor stay at 80% or higher and the fan-speed-rpm indicators go to zero (fans effectively stop turning), while the temperature keeps climbing, the fan-speed-% indicator climbs towards 100% (rpm stays zero) until the GPU starts throttling back and the game goes from +100 fps down to +-10fps. The real problem is, is that it doesn't happen every time. I cannot reproduce it reliably. I think it's a hardware problem, because if it was a software or a settings-problem it would happen each time, which it doesn't. That's why I'd like to use some kind of stress tool to put the gpu under stress and perhaps see what's causing this problem. I've updated to the latest driver, but that didn't solve the problem. Regards
  4. Hi, I've seen some issues as well, but seems to me it only happens when I zoom out/enlarge the NS430. As long as I leave it in it's original size it works fine. Using the MT-exe here. Edit : doesn't seem to have to do anything with zooming or MT.
  5. Collective behavior. When moving the collective down aggressively and then pulling it up again, the torque drops/cuts-out significantly before recovering. Is this real-life behavior or a sim-feature ?
  6. Hi, I've noticed that the altimeter in the HUD doesn't update while in a bank. Is that expected behaviour ? Kind regards
  7. Hi, sorry for reviving/hijacking this thread. I'm trying to swap controls from my left MFD to the right MFD. I was able to do that with the Viper and the Hornet, but it's not letting me do it for the Warthog (C or CII). Anybody found a way around that ? Ragards

  9. Hi, at first I thought it was moving 1:1, but then I got different results with other altitude settings. For example : putting it not at 0 but at 1000ft below the surface it moved much slower. So I guess you're right. I was thinking the database in the CDU would prevent that and correct the altitude to terrain-level but I guess it doesn't. Thanks
  10. Hi, in Nevada map (not tested in others) if I set a waypoint's altitude to 0 in the cdu it nog longer is ground stabilised but moves along with the aircraft in the HMCS. Also slaving SPI to that steerpoint does move the TGP to the steerpoint but it keeps moving along with the steerpoint. If you put the altitude on the surface (f.e 1857 on Nellis runway) it works okay. Is this a bug or a feature ?
  11. Will we have an option someday to hook up "dry" ? Just to practice staying connected without ending up with topped up tanks.
  12. Worked flawlesly as described above. Thank you for your support ! Somehow mine was pointing to and saved in my saved games folder ?! So, PEBCAK-error I guess.
  13. Thank you. How did you start that mission ? Through mission editor, campaign, mission.... ?
