  1. Bumping this thread It still seems unable to drop Type 200s in CCRP except on random fringe occasions. Tried every altitude and aspect and method multiple times. CCIP seems to be a bit more consistent than said in recent posts though. Any news on this?
  2. Alright, but they probably still had some S-5s in reserve. It's not like I'm asking for Vikhr or aim120 or something. Just something that *could have reasonably been used* and also provides variety and a better product. It won't break the game, (because we are, in fact, playing a videogame). I think there are way larger issues with suspension of disbelief than having rockets that are still in stock be mounted on an aircraft they could totally be mounted on and probably would have if it came to conflict. As far as I can read, S-13s would fit and be usable without any modification. Same argument as above, I suppose. Anyway, I understand realism is an important issue, but in my opinion a *possible* 0.0000001% realism loss that 99.999% of people don't even know about, is worth sacrificing to get a better product.
  3. Hello everyone! Currently the Mi-8MTV2 can only carry S-8 80mm rocket pods in game. However, S-5 (57mm) and S-13 (122mm) rocket pods are universal, so they should be able to be carried too. Here is a MI-8T, which has the same mountings, carrying S-5. For the Mi-8MTV2 in game, could we have these rocket pods as well? It would add some nice diversity. It should barely be any work, as the pods already exist and are also already coded onto the Hind, and theres no internal computer or anything. Anyway, thanks for reading my post. Have a good one!
  4. I completely agree. We do supply loads of knowledge, just like most squadrons, and the great work of the Chuck. Paid lessons are quite a ripoff seeing all that the community can deliver. If you want to pay some money, get real life flying lessons. It's worth it.
  5. Hi. When opening any SP or MP mission, jump in the Game Master slot, then all ship ALARM state is green. When switching it to red, clicking away from the ship, and clicking on it again, it is back to green. The ships act as being on green as well, only switching on weapons when a target is detected, which can take a few minutes to turn on so the target passes/hits it anyway.

  7. Hi. While playing multiplayer on one of our squadrons servers I tried slingloading with the KA-50 (track file attached). However, once I lifted the cargo it started swinging erractically. I get it is supposed to swing a bit, but for the amount of force applied going forwards at about 40 km/h it was way too much and caused the load to detach. As you can also see the load behaves very weirdly after detaching, as if it was pivoting around some other point. The ping was about 100, which shouldn't be that much in DCS. This possible bug makes slingloading unusable for the KA-50 on multiplayer. Possible KA50 slingloading bug multiplayer.zip
