  1. I kept pushing it off, pushing it off; but I just bought it, and I'm getting a t-shirt, too. That is an incredible marketing demonstration y'all put on!
  2. This is not IC compliant, but it works like a charm...
  3. I now fly mostly in VR, probably 90% of the time, but when I build my new rig, I went from a 27" 1440p ROG monitor to the 42" LG C2. 1. That is going to be subjective based on a few variables. I had the monitor for several years and I paid $550 for it back in 2016. The LG cost me $700 last year; so yes, totally worth it for me. 2. Yes, massive improvement on overall visual quality, which could be seen immediately. 3. Definitely take a look at them. Some people will fret over the 120MHz max refresh rate and HDMI-only output of the TV, but I have had zero issues, as I mostly play flight or racing sims. FPS gamers who crave massive refresh rates would have a different opinion. 4. With the new rig, I did not suffer any loss in FPS, and it has only gotten better with things like multi-threading and DLSS.
  4. The CPU core parking workaround has solved this for me, too. The Core 8 fix also solved this issue. Now ED needs to find a fix.
  5. @Flappie @QuiGon I've gone to Win 11, and I'll try this CPU unparking as well.
  6. Hey y’all, I have a CH Throttle Quadrant that I use for the WWII planes, as well as using it as a button box for almost every other DCS aircraft. I also have a profile that cleans up some of the jitter in the six axis’. Today when I went to load the profile, it removed the “CH Throttle Quadrant USB” from the device manager. I had to restart and the same thing happened again. I’m on Windows 11 and I’ve tried tried the old Microsoft Store trick with no success. Any idea what might start causing this to happen?! Thanks, Ron
  7. I also fly in VR, but before I throw the goggles on, I do the task manager affinity tweak. Of course, I’ve had the stuttering pop up during gameplay, so I don’t want to stop mid-flight.
  8. I’ve just been turning off that 8th core every time I start DCS. I’m really hoping with all of these reports, they’ll have a fix nailed down sooner rather than later.
  9. Nothing looks as good as flying with TrackIR on a giant 4K monitor with maxed settings, but for me, the immersion of VR, even with medium settings, outweighs the visuals. I’m just glad that people have the ability to choose, and do whatever makes them happy. I will say that dialing VR in was a pain in the butt, and it changes depending on what ED does with these patches, but it is so incredible when it works well. Have fun either way!
  10. 12900K here, same issues. I don't want to turn HT off, but disabling the 8th core fixes the issue every single time.
  11. This download will have what you're looking for, and more. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3313817/
  12. On the UFC, press FUNC, then 0. Then on the right MFD, press the corresponding button, and it will cycle between IAS, TAS, and GS.
  13. Holt Toledo, this firmware update makes a HUGE difference. Much smoother than before, thank you much!
