High Alaskan Grizzly, about SMEAC - its an acronym that is used by most military's when commanders at all levels give orders, it has many forms and is as detailed as you need it to be, the acronym stands for the following:
    1/ Situation
    2/ Mission
    3/ Execution
4/ Command and Signals, under each of these heading are additional subheadings, and you get as detailed as you need to be. Remember though a good set of orders can also be simple and straight forward and not complicated, because complications make shit happens and and soldier will tell you that a plan generally goes to shit in the first 10 minutes. Heres a link to a a site i found on the IT that has it generally right,

but remember your SMEAC should fit the type of mission, equipment and military force you are using, eg Airforce , Army Navy, - hope this helps.
