Hey Ghost, I need to catch up with you on TS sometime soon. Anyway I wanted to see if you've heard about runtime errors when changing a mission or disconnecting the server while more than 5 clients are connected. 5/10 times I can change the mission without the C++ runtime error. However those times that the server does not crash it crashes all the clients. 9.9/10 times, if I try and press disconnect with clients connected to the server it crashes with a runtime error. I have all the DCS crash logs and can also pull the logs from the system if you would like.

Yeah, that is a bit of a dirty way of doing it though - for now it'll do, but it isn't an ideal solution.

Good work though, and I'll point anyone who needs to know to you.

I found out bad news today about the protowall software. While doing speedtest on the 159th server to diagnose a clients pings, I found out that the protowall software was reducing the upstream from 60mb/s to approx 8mb/s. I reinstalled the driver several times to try and fix it, but to no avail.

After much internet searching I did finally find the way to ban IP addresses via Win 2k, 2k3 and XP. It is accompished by using the Group Policy Editor and assigning a specific IP security policy. This can be accessed by typing GPEDIT.MSC in cmd prompt.

If you know of server admins that would like specific info on how to do this, please have them pm me.
