    Hello Victory,

i think you are a retired F14 pilot right ?

Is so i have a little question for you , about the radio com in the tomcat.

if the pilot presses the PTT, can the rio speak on the radio without pressing the pedal?

I am asking that because it seems to work like that in SRS. When my RIO select UHF1, UHF2 or BOTH and then press his PTT pedal, both microphone is open and if i speak everybody on the frequency hear me ...

Yep about a month ago but I am kinda surprised how far behind the F3 it appears to be but I guess the D model would be more of a comparison.

I am starting to do some briefs for the guys I VR fly with using the Natops bit as a basis, tho I will admit I never even try to teach A2G. My A2A is all Semi Active and for obvious reasons I avoid talking about the Aim120 like the plague.

I was surprised when you said Rio's teach Rio's I was on the F3 for 10 years and for the last 6 spent half of my time teaching back seaters.

From the videos either your backseaters are amazing or Jester is a bit too AI tastic. 193 mile pickup on a 90 aspect target

Anyway looks like fun times ahead . I fly 777 for Cathay now most boring job in the world so I carry my VR rig with me so I have plenty of time in hkg.
