The main goal is to provide DCS manuals in flexible web form instead of fixed PDFs. For now, English version contains just Supercarrier manual. Check out what is done for Russian site at the moment https://dcs-docs.lordvesel.win/ru/. All conversion is done mostly manually, because full automation is not possible or too hard to implement. Personally, I'm completely busy processing Russian docs and not going to work on English docs until Russian site is finished, so if one is interested in project contributing, please check out this page https://dcs-docs.lordvesel.win/en/help/.
