TF30 spooling up to MIL at high AOA and idle?

Just did some slow flight stuff and noticed that the TF30's spool up to roughly MIL power with the physical throttles at idle and airspeed around 100kts. Is this intended and normal?

It's part of the mach lever functionality.

Ok thanks, thought this wasn't a thing at slow speeds. Kinda works like a rudimentary stall protection.

Look up mach lever shift in the NATOPS for more info.
