martinistripes Posted August 26, 2020 Share Posted August 26, 2020 When I arrive at the target area on Mission 1, I'm getting annihilated. I think mostly by Roland ADS. Would just like to know if anyone has good advice for surviving long enough to empty my weapon stations? I've got DOTS turned on to compensate for low visibility on my 17" laptop screen, so I can make out where ground targets are, but no idea which are tanks and which are air defence systems. I'm also popping countermeasures almost constantly. Feels like I was dropped in at the deep end. (I wasn't using it since I felt it was cheating to know exactly where everything was.) 2) Change the default loadout; no requirement for laser guided missiles. 3) Make one pass and get out, in a direction away from the SAM.
