SA-19 Tunguska missile doesn't track?

What am I doing wrong?

I made a mission with a SA-19 Tunguska and an A-10C, with me controlling the Tunguska.

I locked up the A-10 by pressing enter, I fire the missile and keep the A-10 within the circle, but instead of tracking the plane it seems to want to track the center of the circle (like a TOW missile or something).

Just try to smoothly lead the target.

Like my first shot in the first link in this thread.

I admit not all my shots end that smooth :)

Oh I didn't know this, I always assumed it was radar guided since the Tunguska had a radar.

Wow it's really hard to hit something with the missile then, the AI is inhuman.

Newer Tunguskas use radar and optics, but it is not modelled in the game :)

Reminder: Fighter pilots make movies. Bomber pilots make... HISTORY! :D | Also to be remembered: FRENCH TANKS HAVE ONE GEAR FORWARD AND FIVE BACKWARD :D

"newer" Tunguskas (old tunguskas are 20 years old, and "newer" - 10 years old) use radar autoguidance for AA fire, and use optics to fire missiles.

new Pantsir-S1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pantsir-S1) use radar for both AA and missiles, and use optics as back-up.

Tunguska is not modeled properly in CA, because of its specific nature. It surely will be, when (if) we ever decide to release "DCS: Tunguska".

In DCS:CA we just can't implement every individual aspect of big variety of modern warfare vehicles.
