Thrustmaster Warthog Axis problem

I am having a issue using the throtal Axis in the game when using a Thurstmaster advanced profile. When the profile is running in the back ground and you go into the axis comands. The Option menue will dectect the axis of the throtal movment. When saving and then going into the mission, The throtal axis no longer works or gets a comand. Has anyone else have this issue and if so do they know how to fix the issue.

Are you setting the axis and playing in the same mode (i.e. game or sim)?

Also make sure no other controllers are also mapped to the collective. You are assigning it to the collective and not the throttle, right?
