It lists BlackShark as one of my purchases but no serial. Distiler Posted April 22, 2011 Share Posted April 22, 2011 I don't know if that is your case, but webpage user databases where merged some time ago and someones got different users as a result of have bought products using different emails. Try your user followed by number 1,2,3, etc (password unchanged). If that is your case, open a ticket if you want all of them merged in one account-one email.
