Nickv118
Hi, im relatively new to the A-10c, I have really only gotten to figure out the startup procedures, but as im looking to start to fly, i wanted to get some advice on how to configure my controls. I have the Saitek pro Flight Yoke, i have a joystick but no near the quality of the yoke. I know the A-10 is flown with a joystick, but i cant see there being a issue using a yoke. Im really just looking for suggestions on which controls i should put at top priority, and make sure i can have easy access to them on my yoke. Thanks for your time -Nick
cichlidfan
I don't have the exact page numbers handy, but somewhere around page 90 in the A-10C Flight Manual is a diagram of the of the stick and throttle buttons/switches. The critical ones are on the stick, for the most part. cichlidfan
Hi, the diagram is in the quick start guide :) That diagram identifies the controls but provides no information about the actual functions. Since many of the controls have multiple functions that diagram is only of value for identifying the keystrokes associated with the buttons/switches.
