Ground lower detail in 1.2.6 !

We seem to have moved backwards in regarding to terrain details.

I have clutter maxed out and it might as well be turned off. I can't see anything in the change log regarding this. Is this an intended change or a bug?

Thanks.

( I thought i saw a thread relating to this.. but after a search i can't find it anywhere.)

I agree. Seems that terrain move backwards in every new version. Also the problem of some trees disappeared are not fixed from a lot of months (i believe that broke in 1.2.3). Attached a link where posted this bug:

Yep, much less clutter now. Not sure if it's a bad thing though, because it was a huge resource hog...

you could always bring the slider down in order to make them disappear at closer ranges.

This way we get low detail whether we choose it or not.

Maybe this is why people are reporting about amazing ATI drivers and increased frame rates? my game was running like butter last night! and i'm on an imac

I am one of them and can tell you that all grassy stuff and shrubbies are turned off here :). Yet I noticed the improvement.

And missing forest BUG still remain - NEAR A FULL YEAR... -

curiosly the fix is easy: you only have to replace high.scn3 file from version 1.2.0 ¿why this still not is addressed? ¿?

Honestly I believe that downgrading the sim is not the way to follow, personally i prefer to see improvements in fps or performance matters, instead to make some things like "ambiental natural sound", ¿why? ... in the cockpits very few natural sounds (sea, turbulence, etc...) could be hear.
